Claims (2)
- 通水方向に直交する受圧面を有して弁胴内に内蔵されたセルフシーリング性の弁体の二次側に通水方向に沿って直線状にスライドする弁軸を備えた逆止弁であって、前記弁軸に一体的に設けた電磁感応性を有する測定対象部と、前記弁体の作動軸線上において前記測定対象部との離間距離に応じてコイルインピーダンスが変化可能な高周波磁界を発生するセンサヘッドと、このセンサヘッドからの発振出力に基づいて前記弁体の変位量を算出する変位算出部とからなり、前記弁胴の二次側に非磁性体からなるセンサケーシングを連結し、該センサケーシングの二次側に防水壁を介して前記センサヘッドを設けると共に、前記弁軸の二次側に前記測定対象部を前記センサケーシング内まで延設したことを特徴とする弁体変位検出機能付き逆止弁。
- 変位算出部は、センサヘッドから出力される発振の振幅および位相に基づいて弁体の変位量を算出する請求項1記載の弁体変位検出機能付き逆止弁。
