Description
Claims (7)
- 基体上にAl、Zr、Tiの酸化物またはAl、Hf、Tiの酸化物の三相の酸化物層と、Hf、ZrおよびAlからなる群より選ばれる何れかの酸化物よりなる単相の酸化物層と、からなる層の組を少なくとも3組有し、これら酸化物層は全部で少なくとも6層であることを特徴とする、切断工具の耐摩耗性複合セラミック被膜。
- 基体が硬質金属、サーメット、スチールまたはセラミックからなる請求項1記載の切断工具の耐摩耗性複合セラミック被膜。
- 支持体と多相酸化物層である第1酸化物層との間にTiCN、HfCNまたはZrCNからなる少なくとも1個の層が配置され、前記層が更に1〜15μmの厚さを有する請求項1または2記載の切断工具の耐摩耗性複合セラミック被膜。
- 多相酸化物層と単相酸化物層の間に、TiCN、HfCNまたはZrCNからなる1個以上の中間層が配置され、これらの中間層のそれぞれは0.2〜3μmの厚さである請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の切断工具の耐摩耗性複合セラミック被膜。
- すべての多相酸化物層およびすべての単相酸化物層の全部の厚さが6〜20μmであり、その際更に個々の多相酸化物層の厚さが2〜6μmでありおよび/または個々の単相酸化物層の厚さが1〜5μmである請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の切断工具の耐摩耗性複合セラミック被膜。
- 多層被覆がCVDにより製造されている請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の切断工具の耐摩耗性複合セラミック被膜。
- 粒子状研磨剤を使用して複合材料を最終的乾燥研磨処理し、前記研磨剤が硬質金属顆粒からなり、最大直径150μmを有する少なくとも実質的に円形粒子の形を有する請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の切断工具の耐摩耗性複合セラミック被膜。
