Description
レーザ光源からのレーザ光を照射部に導く途中でレーザ光をミキシングするミキシング装置を有し、該ミキシング装置は、揺動するミラー面を有する第1反射揺動装置と、前記照射部にレーザ光を導く第1光ファイバーと、前記照射部にレーザ光を導く第2光ファイバーと、揺動するミラー面を有して前記第1光ファイバーへの導光と前記第2光ファイバーへの導光との切り換えを選択的に行う光スイッチとして機能する第2反射揺動装置と、前記レーザ光源からのレーザ光を前記第1反射揺動装置のミラー面に向けて導く第1光学系と前記ミラー面で反射されたレーザ光を前記第2反射揺動装置のミラー面に向けて導く第2光学系とを備え、前記第1反射揺動装置は前記第1光ファイバーの入力端又は前記第2光ファイバーの入力端の入射可能範囲で前記レーザ光を移動させることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- レーザ光源からのレーザ光を照射部に導く途中でレーザ光をミキシングするミキシング装置であって、揺動するミラー面を有する第1反射揺動装置と、前記照射部にレーザ光を導く第1光ファイバーと、前記照射部にレーザ光を導く第2光ファイバーと、揺動するミラー面を有して前記第1光ファイバーへの導光と前記第2光ファイバーへの導光との切り換えを選択的に行う光スイッチとして機能する第2反射揺動装置と、前記レーザ光源からのレーザ光を前記第1反射揺動装置のミラー面に向けて導く第1光学系と前記ミラー面で反射されたレーザ光を前記第2反射揺動装置のミラー面に向けて導く第2光学系とを備え、前記第1反射揺動装置は前記第1光ファイバーの入力端又は前記第2光ファイバーの入力端の入射可能範囲で前記レーザ光を揺動させることを特徴とするミキシング装置。
- 前記第1、第2反射揺動装置は回路基板上又はチップ上に一体に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシング装置。
- 測定対象に測定光を照射し、該測定対象からの反射光を受光して距離を測定する距離測定装置であって、
レーザ光源からのレーザ光を照射部に導く途中でレーザ光をミキシングするミキシング装置を有し、
該ミキシング装置は、揺動するミラー面を有する第1反射揺動装置と、前記照射部にレーザ光を導く第1光ファイバーと、前記照射部にレーザ光を導く第2光ファイバーと、揺動するミラー面を有して前記第1光ファイバーへの導光と前記第2光ファイバーへの導光との切り換えを選択的に行う光スイッチとして機能する第2反射揺動装置と、前記レーザ光源からのレーザ光を前記第1反射揺動装置のミラー面に向けて導く第1光学系と前記ミラー面で反射されたレーザ光を前記第2反射揺動装置のミラー面に向けて導く第2光学系とを備え、前記第1反射揺動装置は前記第1光ファイバーの入力端又は前記第2光ファイバーの入力端の入射可能範囲で前記レーザ光を揺動させることを特徴とする距離測定装置。 - 前記第1、第2反射揺動装置は回路基板上又はチップ上に一体に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の距離測定装置。
