前記クランクは、平坦な板状に形成されている。

Claims (7)
- 自動車のワイパー機構の運動を伝達するリンク部に属するクランク(14)であって、
前記クランク(14)は、略水平に延在する本体(16)を備え、
前記クランク(14)の第1の端部(14a)は、略垂直の軸線(A)の周りを回転するワイパーアームに回転自在に連接され、
前記クランク(14)の第2の端部(14b)は、前記リンク部の連接棒に接合され、
前記本体(16)は、変形自在のセグメント(22)と、略長手方向を向く長孔(24)とを有し、前記セグメント(22)は、前記クランク(14)の前記第1の端部(14a)と第2の端部(14b)との間隔を調整し、前記長孔(24)は、前記セグメント(22)を、長手方向の中心軸に対してほぼ対称を成す2つの変形自在の分岐部(26)に分割し、
前記分岐部(26)のそれぞれの縦断面の断面積は、前記長孔(24)の凹部と凹部との間で画定される分岐部の全長にわたって一定であり、
前記長孔(24)の少なくとも1つの凹部における各分岐部(26)の縦断面の断面積は、前記長孔(26)の凹部と凹部との間で画定される分岐部(26)の縦断面の断面積よりも小さく、
前記長孔(24)は菱形で、長寸の対角線(E1)と短寸の対角線(E2)とが直交しており、長寸の対角線(E1)は、前記セグメント(22)の対称主軸線(C)に一致し、短寸の対角線(E2)と、短寸の対角線の中間点で交差していることを特徴とするクランク。 - 前記第1端部(14a)は、水平の端部セグメント(32)となっており、また各分岐部(26)の断面の面積は、前記端部セグメント(32)の断面の面積の1/3とおおむね等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクランク。
- 前記セグメント(22)は、前記クランク(14)の第1の端部(14a)及び第2の端部(14b)のいずれか一方の長手方向に偏った位置に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のクランク。
- 前記セグメント(22)は、前記クランク(14)の第2端部(14b)の長手方向に偏った位置に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のクランク。
- 前記長孔(24)の内壁は、この長孔(24)の凹入角部の個所で湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のクランク。
- 前記クランク(14)は、平坦な板状をなしていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクランク。
- 運動を伝達するリンク仕掛けを備える自動車の窓拭き機構であって、前記リンク仕掛けは、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の変形自在なクランク(14)を、少なくとも1つ備えていることを特徴とするワイパー機構。
