Claims (4)
- 電極開閉ロッドの前後の動きにより回動軸を中心に回動する第1の電極と、
前記第1の電極に対向して配置された固定の第2の電極と、
マイクロ波を伝送するための導電ロッドを備え、
前記第2の電極は、前記導電ロッドの中心電極と電気的に接続され、前記第1の電極に対向する部分の直前までシールドホルダーで覆われ、
前記回動軸は、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間の中心線に対して外側に設けられ、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極は開状態から平行状態まで接触することなく、平行状態から更に第1電極が回動されたとき両電極が先端から接触する医療用処置具であって、
前記第1の電極を前記回動軸を中心に回動させ、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間で生体組織を挟持し、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極とを平行に対向させ、前記第2の電極にマイクロ波を供給して生体組織を凝固させ、
更に、前記第1の電極を前記回動軸を中心に回動させ、前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極とをその先端から接触させ、剪断により生体組織を切断する医療用処置具。 - 前記第1の電極及び第2の電極は、生体組織の付着阻止のコーティング処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用処置具。
- 揺動自在の可動ハンドルと、
前記可動ハンドルの揺動の動きを前後の動きに変換して電極開閉ロッドに伝えるスライダクランク機構と、
前記電極開閉ロッドが収納されると共に、マイクロ波を伝送するための導電ロッドが収納される外筒管とをさらに備え、
前記外筒管の先端に第1の電極が備えられ、前記可動ハンドルにより前記第1の電極を回動させる請求項1または2に記載の医療用処置具。 - 前記外筒管は、回動自在に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療用処置具。
