Description
Claims (11)
- 軸を中心に回転可能なターボファンシャフトと、
それぞれが内周部に歯を備えた第1の部分および第2の部分を有する内歯歯車であって、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分は半径方向境界面で互いに固定され、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分は、半径方向外側に延びるフランジをそれぞれ有し、このフランジが留め要素によって上記ターボファンシャフトに軸方向に固定された内歯歯車と、
上記内歯歯車とかみ合う星歯車を支持するキャリアと、
上記星歯車とかみ合い、出力シャフトに連結された太陽歯車と、
を備え、
上記ターボファンシャフトは、半径方向に延びるフランジを有し、該ターボファンシャフトのフランジと上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分の各フランジとが、上記留め要素によって互いに固定され、
上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分はそれぞれ、上記歯の反対側にある概ねS字形状の外周面を有し、その外周面により、第1の厚さ部と、上記第1の厚さ部から軸方向内側にある第2の厚さ部と、が形成され、上記第2の厚さ部は上記第1の厚さ部より厚く、
上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分はそれぞれ、互いに向き合って内部環状空洞を形成する凹部を有することを特徴とするタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。 - 上記第1の部分の上記歯は、第1の方向に角度をなし、上記第2の部分の上記歯は、上記第1の方向と対向し、第2の方向に角度をなし、上記内歯歯車の回転方向により、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分は上記半径方向境界面で互いに押し合うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。
- 上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分のフランジおよび上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分の少なくとも一方の上記歯は、一体構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。
- 上記留め要素は、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分のフランジと上記ターボファンシャフトのフランジとを互いに周方向に固定して、上記内歯歯車および上記ターボファンシャフトを互いに対して軸方向に拘束する複数のボルトおよびナットを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。
- 軸を中心に回転可能なターボファンシャフトと、
それぞれが内周部に歯を備えた第1の部分および第2の部分を有する内歯歯車であって、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分は半径方向境界面で互いに固定され、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分は、半径方向外側に延びるフランジをそれぞれ有し、このフランジが留め要素によって上記ターボファンシャフトに軸方向に固定された内歯歯車と、
上記内歯歯車とかみ合う星歯車を支持するキャリアと、
上記星歯車とかみ合い、出力シャフトに連結された太陽歯車と、
上記留め要素によって上記内歯歯車および上記ターボファンシャフトに固定された1対の離間したシールと、
を備え、
上記ターボファンシャフトは、半径方向に延びるフランジを有し、該ターボファンシャフトのフランジと上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分の各フランジとが、上記留め要素によって互いに固定され、
上記シールは、上記フランジを囲むガッタに近接した、半径方向に延びるナイフエッジを有することを特徴とするタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。 - 上記第1の部分の上記歯は、第1の方向に角度をなし、上記第2の部分の上記歯は、上記第1の方向と対向し、第2の方向に角度をなし、上記内歯歯車の回転方向により、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分は上記半径方向境界面で互いに押し合うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。
- 上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分のフランジおよび上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分の少なくとも一方の上記歯は、一体構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。
- 上記留め要素は、上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分のフランジと上記ターボファンシャフトのフランジとを互いに周方向に固定して、上記内歯歯車および上記ターボファンシャフトを互いに対して軸方向に拘束する複数のボルトおよびナットを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジンのエピサイクリック歯車機構。
- ハウジングと、
上記ハウジングに対して軸を中心にそれぞれ回転可能な入力シャフトおよびターボファンブレードを支持するターボファンシャフトと、
星歯車とかみ合い、上記入力シャフトに連結された太陽歯車と、回転に抗して上記ハウジングに対して固定されるとともに、上記入力シャフトに連結された上記太陽歯車とかみ合う上記星歯車を支持するキャリアと、上記星歯車を囲んで該星歯車とかみ合い、かつ留め要素によって上記ターボファンシャフトに軸方向に保持された第1の部分および第2の部分を含む内歯歯車と、を有したエピサイクリック歯車機構と、
を備えたタービンエンジンであって、
上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分はそれぞれフランジを有し、上記ターボファンシャフトは半径方向に延びるフランジを有し、上記各フランジは上記留め要素によって互いに固定され、
上記キャリアに固定され、上記内歯歯車を囲むガッタと、上記内歯歯車に固定され、上記ガッタに近接して半径方向に延びるナイフエッジを有するシールと、を備えることを特徴とするタービンエンジン。 - 上記第1の部分および上記第2の部分は、上記ターボファンシャフトに対する軸方向運動に対抗して上記留め要素によって拘束されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 上記留め要素はボルトおよびナットであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のタービンエンジン。
