Claims (3)
- 駆動軸を構成する十字軸継手のベアリングカップに設けられてクロスの相対変位を検出する変位センサと、変位センサの出力から駆動軸の損傷状態を検出する処理手段とを備え、処理手段は、変位センサの出力波形から回転同期成分を除去する回転同期成分除去手段と、回転同期成分が除去された波形の平均値から摩耗状態を判定する摩耗判定手段と、回転同期成分が除去された波形の振幅から剥離状態を判定する剥離判定手段とを有していることを特徴とする駆動軸損傷診断装置。
- 回転同期成分除去手段は、変位センサの出力波形をFFT変換して回転同期成分を求めるFFT変換部と、FFT変換で得られたスペクトルから回転同期成分を除去して逆FFT変換する逆FFT変換部とからなる請求項1の駆動軸損傷診断装置。
- 逆FFT変換で得られた波形および逆FFT波形の振幅の経時変化が表示手段を介して可視化されている請求項2の駆動軸損傷診断装置。
