Description
Claims (5)
- 拡散媒体層を供給するステップと、
前記拡散媒体層上に触媒層を堆積するステップと、
前記触媒層上にアイオノマー層を噴霧するステップと、
前記アイオノマー層が膜に対面するように前記拡散媒体層を前記膜に隣接して配置するステップと、
前記膜を前記アイオノマーで被覆された拡散媒体層の間に挟み、前記アイオノマーで被覆された拡散媒体層を前記膜に加熱プレスすることなく燃料電池の作動により膜電極組立体を形成するステップと
を含む、膜電極組立体(MEA)を製作する方法。 - 前記拡散媒体層上に触媒層を堆積するステップが、前記触媒層が前記拡散媒体層と同じサイズになるように前記触媒層を堆積するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 微孔質層を前記拡散媒体層の一部として供給するステップをさらに含み、前記触媒層が前記微孔質層上に堆積される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記膜がパーフルオロ膜である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記膜電極組立体(MEA)を130℃から160℃で焼きなますステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
