Claims (15)
- 燃料装置であって、
内部への単又は複数開口を有する燃料タンクを具備し、
電気作動通気弁を具備し、該通気弁はフロートを有し、該通気弁の入口は該燃料タンクの該内部に通じ、該通気弁の出口を通って燃料蒸気が該燃料タンクから通気され、該通気弁は、燃料蒸気が該燃料タンクの該内部から該出口を通って流れるのを許容する開位置と、燃料蒸気が該出口を通って流れるのを阻止する閉位置との間で、少なくとも部分的に電気信号に応じて動き、
前記フロートは該電気信号に応じて、該出口から離れた位置と、少なくとも実質的に該出口を通る流体の流れを制限する位置との間を移動可能であり、また、該電気信号とは独立な燃料の液体レベルに応じて該出口を閉じるように移動可能であり、
コントローラを具備し、該コントローラは該通気弁に作動的に通じて、該通気弁への電気信号の印加を制御して、該開閉位置の間で、該通気弁の動きを少なくとも部分的に制御する、ことを特徴とする上記燃料装置。 - 給油管を具備し、該給油管の一端は、燃料を前記燃料タンクに給油するための前記燃料タンクの開口に通じ、他端は、給油ノズルを受け入れるよう構成され、
給油センサを具備し、該給油センサは該給油管に関連して燃料が前記燃料タンクに給油されているか否かを判定し、該給油センサは前記通気弁に作動的に通じて、給油中には前記通気弁が開位置にあって、燃料蒸気が前記燃料タンクから通気される、請求項1記載の燃料装置。 - 前記給油センサは前記コントローラに通じ、順に、前記コントローラは前記通気弁に通じる、請求項2記載の燃料装置。
- 燃料レベルセンサを具備し、該燃料レベルセンサは前記コントローラと電気的に通じ、該燃料レベルセンサは、少なくとも前記燃料タンク内の燃料が所定レベル達した時に、その燃料レベルを示す電気信号を前記コントローラに送るように作動し、
前記燃料タンク内の燃料が該所定レベル達する給油中に、前記コントローラは前記通気弁に信号を送って、前記通気弁を前記開位置から前記閉位置に動かす、請求項1記載の燃料装置。 - 圧力センサを具備し、該圧力センサは、前記コントローラに通じ、前記燃料タンクの内部圧力を示す信号を前記コントローラに送るように作動する、請求項1記載の燃料装置。
- 給油中に、前記燃料レベルセンサは、少なくともある間隔で、前記コントローラに信号を送って、経過時間と燃料レベルの変化とに基づいて、前記コントローラは前記燃料タンクに供給される燃料流量を算定できる、請求項4記載の燃料装置。
- 前記燃料タンクに供給される燃料流量に基づいて、前記コントローラは信号を送って、前記燃料タンク内燃料レベルが所定給油レベルに達する時の所定時間前に、前記通気弁を閉じる、請求項6記載の燃料装置。
- 前記コントローラは、ある経過時間後、前記通気弁をその開位置に動くのを許容して、前記燃料タンクに更に燃料が供給されるのを許容する、請求項7記載の燃料装置。
- 前記燃料タンクが最大給油レベルになると、前記コントローラは、少なくとも給油が終了するまで閉じたままである、請求項8記載の燃料装置。
- 前記燃料タンク内が所定最大圧であることを前記圧力センサが示すと、前記コントローラは、前記通気弁をその開位置に動かして前記燃料タンク内の圧力を減じる、請求項5記載の燃料装置。
- 前記通気弁の出口の流路面積は、前記開閉位置の間で可変であり、可変流量で燃料蒸気が前記通気弁を通過できる、請求項1記載の燃料装置。
- 前記通気弁はソレノイドを有し、該ソレノイドは電気信号で作動され、前記通気弁をその開閉位置に動かす、請求項1記載の燃料装置。
- 少なくとも一つのセンサを具備し、該センサは車両の運転状態に応答し、該センサは前記コントローラに通じて、該運転状態がある閾値を越えると、前記コントローラは前記通気弁を閉じて、そこを通って流体が流れるのを阻止する、請求項1記載の燃料装置。
- 前記給油センサは、給油ノズルの前記給油管への挿入に対して応答する、請求項2記載の燃料装置。
- 前記コントローラは、給油中に複数給油レベルで前記通気弁を閉じるようにプログラムされ、前記通気弁は、前記燃料タンクが所定最大給油レベルに達するまで、その複数閉鎖の間は開かれる、請求項4記載の燃料装置。
