Claims (7)
- 自動車の弁行程を調節するための調節駆動装置のばね(2)であって、長手方向軸線を有する回転体(1)の周囲に配置されかつプレテンションがかけられかつ第1の端部(2a)と第2の端部(2b)とがプレテンション状態で、回転体(1)に結合された第1のストッパ(1a)もしくは第2のストッパ(1b)にて位置決めされているばね(2)のトルクを増大させる方法において、回転体(1)が当初、ばね(2)に対する外部の力が作用することなく、その長手方向軸線を中心として少なくともX回転を行ない、その際、第1の端部(2a)は各回転ごとに1度、少なくともX+1の歯(3b)と該歯(3b)に対して平行に配置された1つのカム(3a)とを有するカム輪(3)に係合し、回転体(1)の1回転あたり歯(3b)1つ分だけ回動させ、回転体(1)が少なくともX回転のあとでその回転運動を続行して、同時にカム輪(3)がそのカム(3a)で第3のストッパ(6)に接触しかつ第1の端部(2a)がカム輪(3)に係合するまで、プレテンション状態に晒され、その際、第1の端部(2a)はカム輪(3)に係合した状態に留まりかつ第1のストッパ(1a)における第1の端部(2a)の位置決めは解除されることを特徴とする、長手方向軸線を有する回転体の周囲に配置された、プレテンションのかけられたばねのトルクを増大させる方法。
- プレテンションのかけられたばね(2)が回転体(1)として配置された軸の周囲に配置されている、請求項1記載の方法。
- ばね(2)の第1の端部(2a)の係合がセルフロック式のカム輪(3)にて行なわれる、請求項2記載の方法。
- カム輪(3)が、歯(3b)1つ分の各部分回転のあとで、2つの隣り合う歯(3b)の間に係合する球(7)により、解除可能にその位置に保持される、請求項3記載の方法。
- 回転可能に支承されたカム輪(3)と、球(7)と、ストッパ(9)及び前記球(7)と前記ストッパ(9)との間に配置された圧縮ばね(8)とから成る構成ユニットのケーシング(5)の1部である第3のストッパ(6)に前記カム(3a)が接触させられる、請求項4記載の方法。
- ばね(2)の第2の端部(2b)が第2のストッパ(1b)として回転体(1)に配置された孔に位置決めされる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- カム輪(3)への第1の端部(2a)の係合が第1の端部(2a)に配置されたスリーブ(10)によって行なわれる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
