Claims (4)
- 原料粉末に固体潤滑剤が配合された粉末冶金用粉末を成形型内に充填する充填工程と、この成形型内に充填された粉末冶金用粉末を圧縮して圧粉体を成形する圧粉体成形工程と、この圧粉体を成形型より取り出す圧粉体離型工程とを備え、前記圧粉体を連続して成形し、前記圧粉体を焼結する粉末焼結品の製造方法において、
前記成形型の温度を、水の沸点以上、前記固体潤滑剤の融点以下の温度域に設定し、前記粉末冶金用粉末を前記成形型内に充填する前に、前記粉末冶金用粉末が前記成形型から熱を受けている状態で、前記粉末冶金用粉末の温度を水の沸点以下に保持するように、冷却液を循環させる冷却装置により前記粉末冶金用粉末を冷却することを特徴とする粉末焼結品の製造方法。 - 前記原料粉末は鉄粉や鉄基合金粉末やこれらを主成分とする混合粉末であり、前記固体潤滑剤がヒドロキシ脂肪酸であり、前記成形型の温度を101〜190℃とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉末焼結品の製造方法。
- 充填前の粉末冶金用粉末を加熱しないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の粉末焼結品の製造方法。
- 前記圧粉体成形工程において、前記成形型を加熱及び冷却することにより前記成形型の温度を設定温度から20℃以内の範囲に保つことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の粉末焼結品の製造方法。
