Description
電動モータを駆動源とする電動車両において、
前記モータの状態に基づいて、モータロックの可能性の有無を判定するモータロック可能性判定手段と、
モータロックの可能性が有ると判定された場合、前記モータの駆動力を増減させ、車両に振動を付与する車両振動制御手段と、
を備え、
前記車両振動制御手段は、モータロックの可能性が高いほど、車両振動の振幅を大きくすることを特徴とする。
図1は、実施例1の電動車両の駆動力制御装置を適用したハイブリッド車両の駆動系を示す構成図であり、実施例1の電動車両の駆動力制御装置は、車両の駆動源であるエンジン1および電動モータ(以下、モータ)2と、エンジン1およびモータ2の発生トルクを減速して駆動輪へ伝達する変速機3と、モータ2を駆動する駆動回路であるインバータ4と、エンジン1とクラッチ2との間で駆動力を断接する第1クラッチ5aと、モータ2と変速機3との間で駆動力を断接する第2クラッチ5bと、統合コントローラ6と、バッテリ8と、を備えている。
通常走行時は、エンジン動力を2分割し、一方は車輪を直接駆動する。他方はモータ2を駆動して発電機として作動させ、回生電力を行いバッテリ8に蓄える。
全開加速時には、バッテリ8からもパワーが供給され、さらに駆動力を追加する。
減速・制動時には、車輪がモータ2を駆動し発電機として作動させ、回生電力をバッテリ8に蓄える。
図2は、統合コントローラ6のロック回避制御部7の制御ブロック図であり、ロック回避部7は、ロック可能性判定部(ロック可能性判定手段)7aと、車両振動制御部(車両振動制御手段)7bと、を備えている。
[モータロックによる駆動力低下について]
勾配の急な場所での渋滞(例えば、ショッピングセンターの地下駐車場の出入口等)では、停止または極低速走行状態で非常に大きな駆動力が継続的に必要となるが、エンジンとモータを駆動源とするハイブリッド車両では、特に低速では効率上の理由などでモータが駆動力の大部分を占める場合が多い。
これに対し、実施例1の電動車両の駆動力制御装置にあっては、アクセル開度と、車速と、モータ電流と、モータ巻線温度と、インバータ温度と、に基づいて、モータロックの可能性の有無を判定し、モータロックの可能性有りと判定した場合、マニュアルトランスミッションを搭載した車両(MT車)のクラッチ操作中のエンジンストールのように、車両を振動させる。
実施例1の電動車両の駆動力制御装置にあっては、以下に列挙する効果が得られる。

Claims (8)
- 電動モータを駆動源とする電動車両において、
前記モータの状態に基づいて、モータロックの可能性の有無を判定するモータロック可能性判定手段と、
モータロックの可能性が有ると判定された場合、前記モータの駆動力を増減させ、車両に振動を付与する車両振動制御手段と、
を備え、
前記車両振動制御手段は、モータロックの可能性が高いほど、車両振動の振幅を大きくすることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記車両振動制御手段は、車両の振動がマニュアルトランスミッションを搭載した車両におけるエンジンストール換算となるように前記モータの駆動力を増減させることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記モータロック可能性判定手段は、車速が極低速走行しきい値以下、かつ、車速の変化量が所定値以下である場合に、前記モータの巻線または前記モータを駆動する駆動回路の温度が上昇傾向にあるとき、モータロックの可能性有りと判定することを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記モータロック可能性判定手段は、車速が低いほど、モータロックの可能性が高いと判定することを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電動車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記車両振動制御手段は、矩形波や三角波などの一定波形をモータ駆動力に重ねることにより、車両振動の振幅と周期の少なくとも一方を、モータロックの可能性の高さに応じて変化させることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動力制御装置において、
前記車両振動制御手段は、前記モータの駆動力を増減させる際、最初に駆動力を減少させることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の駆動力制御装置において、
前記車両振動制御手段は、ドライバのアクセル操作に応じたモータトルク指令値を超えないように前記モータの駆動力を増減させることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 車両の駆動源であるモータの状態に基づいて、モータロックの可能性の有無を判定し、
モータロックの可能性が有る場合、モータロックの可能性が高いほど車両振動の振幅が大きくなるように、前記モータの駆動力を増減して車両に振動を発生させ、ドライバにモータロックの可能性を認識させることを特徴とする電動車両の駆動力制御装置。
