Description
Claims (12)
- リムウェル(3)並びに外側及び内側リムフランジ(4)を有するリム(1)と、外側リムフランジ(4)へ連結し、そして、リムウェル(3)を支持しているホイールディスク(2)とを含む金属板製車両ホイールであり、
ここで、前記ホイールディスク(2)は、中央固定領域(5)と、その固定領域(5)を取り囲む環状領域(7)中の通気開口部(8)とを含み、
前記ホイールディスク(2)は、一枚の金属板からなる壁構造を有し、そして、結合部材(11)は、通気開口部(8)の放射状外側末端(10)に連結しており、
前記結合部材(11)は、リムウェル(3)の方向へ延びており、そして、リムウェル(3)へ堅固に連結している金属板製車両ホイールであって、
前記通気開口部(8)間に存在する放射状の部材が、固定領域(5)へ延び、そして、補強機能をもつ断面形状を有するスポーク(14)として構成され、そして、ホイールディスク(2)が、外側リムフランジ(4)の形状に適合する態様で、ホイールディスク(2)の外側末端(15)によって形成されている折辺によって外側リムフランジ(4)へ連結していることを特徴とする、前記金属板製車両ホイール。 - 補強機能をもつ断面形状が、弓型構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両ホイール。
- 環状領域(7)が結合部材(11)を含むことを特徴とし、ここで、通気開口部(8)と舌状切断部分とを形成するように金属板を切断すること、そして、前記舌状切断部分がそれらの放射状の外側末端(10)のみによってホイールディスク(2)へ連結するように前記舌状切断部分をホイールの内側へ折り曲げること、によって前記結合部材(11)が形成されるものとする、請求項1又は2に記載の車両ホイール。
- キャビティ(13)が、結合部材(11)とリム(1)との間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
- リムウェル(3)が、深底リムウェルとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
- リムウェル(3)とホイールディスク(2)の結合部材(11)との間の連結部が、材料による閉鎖部であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
- 材料による閉鎖部が、ミグはんだ接合(12)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の車両ホイール。
- リム(1)の金属板の厚さを、車両の走行時に生じる局所荷重に従って、軸方向の延長方向において寸法調整することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
- ホイールディスク(2)の金属板の厚さを、車両の走行時に生じる局所荷重に従って、半径方向の延長方向において寸法調整することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
- ホイールディスク(2)及びリム(1)が、腐食防止された鋼板製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
- ホイールディスク(2)が、2相鋼、TRIP鋼又は誘起塑性を有する軽量鋼製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
- リム(1)が、誘起塑性を有する軽量鋼製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の車両ホイール。
