Description

Claims (21)
- 眼球の光学系の光学異常を測定するための装置であって、この装置は、
前記光学系および関連の眼球イメージの第1の高次光学的測定データセットを取得する手段と、
前記光学系および関連の眼球イメージの第2の高次光学的測定データセットを取得する手段と、
眼球イメージに基づく計算処理で得られたイメージランドマークに応じて、前記光学系の前記第1の光学的測定結果と前記光学系の前記第2の光学的測定結果を回旋して揃える手段と、
を備え、
前記回旋して揃える手段は、眼球の顕著なデータ点を使って、第1光学測定結果と第2光学測定結果との間の相対的な位置オフセットと相対的な眼球回旋オフセットを計算することにより、光学的測定結果を揃えるように構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記光学系の前記第1の光学的測定結果と前記第2の光学的測定結果を使用して前記光学系の前記光学異常を診断するための手段をさらに備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記光学系の前記診断された光学異常を矯正するための手段をさらに備える請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記回旋して揃える手段は、光学的測定結果の複数の顕著なデータ点を確定するように構成されており、各光学面用の顕著なデータ点はイメージより得られた計算値を比較することによって、関連イメージから特定される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回旋して揃える手段は、眼球の複数の虹彩セクターを識別することによって各光学測定結果における眼球の顕著なデータ点を特定するものであって、前記顕著データ点は、
各セクターに配置された1つの特定虹彩パターンランドマークを備えた虹彩パターンと、
虹彩または瞳中心部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記顕著なデータ点は、眼球の1つまたはそれ以上のランドマークから構成され、上記ランドマークは角膜輪部、虹彩、虹彩中心部、虹彩パターン、瞳、瞳中心部、瞳境界、角膜頂点のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記顕著なデータ点は、虹彩中心部を有し、これの登録手段は第1光学測定値と第2光学測定値が実質的に整合されるように第1および第2のデータセットの虹彩中心部と整合をとり且つ上記第1および第2の光学測定値が実質的に整合されるように、データセットの少なくとも1つをスケーリングする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記回旋して揃える手段は第1と第2の光学測定値間での座標変換を行うように構成された請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1の高次光学面データセットを第2の高次光学面データセットに揃えるための装置であって、この装置は、複数のモジュール群を有するプロセッサを具備し、
前記モジュール群は、
眼球の前記第1の高次光学面データセットを受信するモジュールと、
眼球の前記第2の高次光学面データセットを受信するモジュールと、
眼球の前記データセットの夫々における顕著なイメージデータを計算するモジュールと、
前記第1の高次光学面データセットを前記第2の高次光学面データセットに回旋して揃えるために顕著なデータ点を使用するモジュールと、から構成され、
前記顕著なデータ点を使用するモジュールは、前記第1の高次光学面データセットと第2の高次光学面データセット内の前記顕著なデータ点の間の位置オフセットおよび眼球回旋オフセットを計算し且つ補正するように構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の高次光学面データセットは、波面測定結果を含む請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の高次光学面データセットは、角膜トポグラフィ・マップを含む請求項9または10に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の高次光学面データセットを得る角膜トポグラファを更に有する請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の高次光学面データセットを得る波面測定装置を更に有する請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記モジュール群は、前記第1の高次光学面データセットと前記第2の高次光学面データセットに基づいて切削パターンを計算するためのモジュールを更に有する請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記切削パターンを送出するためのレーザ・アセンブリを更に有する請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記顕著なデータ点は、眼球内の複数のランドマークから成る請求項9に記載の装置。
- 顕著なデータ点を特定するための前記モジュールは、前記第1および第2の高次光学面データセットにおける瞳、瞳中心部、瞳境界、虹彩中心部、虹彩パターン、虹彩境界、角膜輪部、角膜頂点のうちの少なくとも1つを特定するように構成される請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記顕著なデータ点を使用するためのモジュールは、前記第1の高次光学面データセットを前記第2の高次光学面データセットでオーバーレイするように構成される請求項9に記載の装置。
- 光学系の第1の高次光学面測定結果を前記光学系の第2の高次光学面測定結果に揃えるための装置であって、この装置は、
プロセッサと、このプロセッサに結合されたメモリーとから構成され、このメモリーは前記第1の光学的測定結果を前記第2の光学的測定結果に揃えるための有形媒体と一体となっているプロセッサ指示を具備した複数のモジュールを含むメモリとを備え、
前記モジュールは、
前記光学系の前記第1の高次光学面測定結果を取得するモジュールと、
前記光学系の前記第2の高次光学面測定結果を取得するモジュールと、
計算されたイメージランドマークに応じて、前記光学系の前記第1の高次光学面測定結果を前記光学系の前記第2の高次光学面測定結果に揃えるために、顕著なデータ点を使用するモジュールとを含み、
前記顕著なデータ点を使用するモジュールは、前記第1の高次光学面測定結果と第2の高次光学面測定結果内の前記顕著なデータ点の間の位置オフセットおよび眼球回旋オフセットを計算し且つ補正するように構成されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記光学系の第1の高次光学面測定結果と前記第2の高次光学面測定結果を使用して前記光学系の光学異常を診断するためのモジュールをさらに備える請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記光学系の診断された光学異常を矯正するための切削パターンを生成するモジュールをさらに含む請求項20に記載の装置。
