くの物質について比較的容易かつ安価に作製可能なコロイド溶液を用いて、簡便かつ安価に基材表面の微細な孔に固体粒子を充填させることができるものである。また、例えば陽極酸化により作製した、微細な孔が規則的に配列しているアルミナを鋳型とすることで、非常に簡便かつ安価に所望の物質を規則的に配列させることができる。

Claims (2)
- 基材とその表面に開口部を有したナノ径の細孔に対して、直径が1〜100nmの固体粒子が充填されてなるナノ構造体を製造する方法であって、被充填固体粒子がコロイド粒子として液体中に分散しているコロイド溶液を入れた容器の底部に、表面を上方に向けて前記基材を配置し、これらに容器の上面側を回転中心として、前記容器を回転させて、前記被充填固体粒子に遠心力を負荷して、微細な孔の直径と固体粒子の直径とを同程度にして前記固体粒子を孔内に順次充填させ、孔内では前記固体粒子が一列に充填されていることを特徴とする固体粒子充填方法。
- 請求項1に記載の固体粒子充填方法であって、微細な孔に複数個の前記固体粒子を充填した後、前記基材を熱処理して孔内の複数個の前記固体粒子を一つにすることを特徴とする固体粒子充填方法。
