Claims (20)
- 原動機(4)と、
座席(22、24)と、
少なくとも2つのホイール(8)と、
水線を画定する船体(16)と
を有する水陸両用車(2)であって、
2つのホイール(8)が、少なくともプライマリ軸(60)および各ホイール(8)と各プライマリ軸(60)との間の中間軸(62)によって、前記原動機(4)から駆動されるように各々配設され、
前記各ホイール(8)を下降した地面係合位置から車両の水線より高い上昇位置へ上向きに移動させることができるように、各中間軸(62)が各端に関着可能なトルク伝達継手を有し、
各々の前記ホイール(8)が中間サスペンション部材(52)に回転自在に取り付けられ、
前記中間サスペンション部材(52)が上部サスペンション部材(56)および下部サスペンション部材(40)の中間でそれらに取り付けられ、
車両(2)の前記ホイール(8)が上昇位置にあるときに、前記下部サスペンション部材(40)が車両(2)の船体(16)の幅狭凹所(32)内に収容されて成る水陸両用車(2)において、
前記ホイール(8)が回転しているかあるいは前記ホイール(8)にブレーキが掛かっているときに前記中間サスペンション部材(52)に働く捩り力に耐えるように、前記中間軸(62)が前記中間サスペンション部材(52)と前記車両(2)の前記船体(16)との間に取り付けられた包囲手段(40)によって密閉されることを特徴とする水陸両用車(2)。 - 前記包囲手段(40)が少なくとも実質的に中間軸(62)を包囲するチューブ(40)である、請求項1に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記包囲手段(40)が前記下部サスペンション部材(40)である、請求項1または2に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記船体(16)の前記凹所(32)の幅が前記車両(2)の長手方向に、前記ホイール(8)の半径未満である、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記上部サスペンション部材(56)が前記車両(2)の本体に枢着されたウィッシュボーン(56)である、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記ウィッシュボーン(56)が相互に略平行である2つのアームを含む、請求項5に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記船体(16)が滑水用に構成される、請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記トルク伝達継手が自在継手である、請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記自在継手が等速継手である、請求項8に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記等速継手が固定内側継手および突入外側継手を配設された、請求項9に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記ホイール(8)が後退したときに、各ホイール(8)の回転軸が水平方向から少なくとも30度である、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記ホイール(8)が後退したときに、各ホイール(8)の回転軸が水平方向から少なくとも40度である、請求項11に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 各ホイール(8)のばねおよびダンパユニット(68)が、前記上部および下部サスペンション部材(56、40)から遠隔的に、前記上部および下部サスペンション部材(56、40)に連結されるように装着される、請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 各ホイール(8)の前記ばねおよびダンパユニット(68)が前記車両(2)の水密内部隔室内に装着される、請求項13に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記ホイール(8)用のサスペンション進退用のアクチュエータ(74)が、前記上部および下部サスペンション部材(56、40)から遠隔的に、前記上部および下部サスペンション部材(56、40)に連結されるように装着される、請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記ホイール(8)用の前記サスペンション進退手段が前記車両(2)の水密内部隔室内に装着される、請求項15に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記サスペンション進退アクチュエータ(74)が、両端にばねおよびダンパ(68)を装着した枢動アーム(70)に連結される、請求項15または16に記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記座席(22、24)が前記車両(2)の長手軸に沿ってまたはそれと平行に構成される、請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記原動機(4)が前記車両(2)の長手軸に沿ってまたはそれと平行に配列される、請求項1ないし18のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
- 前記包囲手段(40)が水の浸入を防止するように密閉される、請求項1ないし19のいずれかに記載の水陸両用車(2)。
