Claims (6)
- 無菌カバーを形成するために、無菌シート(24)内にランセット(30)を包むことによりランセットパケット(44)を作成する工程、
前記ランセットを殺菌する工程、
前記ランセットパケット(44)をテストストリップ(26)に付着することにより全体的に平らな形状の統合された切開テストストリップを組み立てる工程とからなり、
前記統合された切開テストストリップを完成するために、前記殺菌後に前記テストストリップ(26)が、前記ランセットを包む前記無菌シート(24)の外側に付着され、
複数の統合された切開テストストリップ(20)による複数の連続するストリップを形成するために、構成材料の複数の層が積層される連続プロセスにより、前記統合された切開テストストリップが製造されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記殺菌する工程が、前記ランセットパケットを作成した後に行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記殺菌する工程が、前記ランセットパケットを作成する前に行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ランセットパケットを作成する工程が、複数のランセットを含むベルトを設ける工程、および前記無菌シートを前記ベルトの周りに折りたたむことにより、前記無菌シートの間にベルトを挟みこむ工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ベルトから前記統合された統合された切開テストストリップをカットすることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記ランセット中における噛み合せ開口を形成する工程、および
前記テストストリップ中におけるレリーフノッチを形成する工程とをさらに含み、前記統合された切開テストストリップを組み立てる工程が、前記テストストリップのレリーフノッチを前記ランセットの噛み合せ開口部と一列に並ばせる工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
