Description
図1は本発明の第1の実施の形態を示すバックライト装置1の横断面図である。このバックライト装置1は表示パネル100の背面100a側に設けられており、背面100aと対向して設けられたハウジング2と、このハウジング2内に設けられた複数の蛍光管3と、ハウジング2の前面に設けられた拡散板4と、拡散板4を支持する本発明の第二の支持手段5とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- 表示パネルの背面と対向するハウジングの開口部を塞ぐように配置され、前記ハウジング内に設けられた蛍光管から発せられる光を拡散して前記表示パネルの背面に照射する拡散板の支持構造において、
前記拡散板の周縁部を支持する第一の支持手段と、
前記拡散板の前記周縁部以外の一般部を支持する第二の支持手段とを備え、
この第二の支持手段は、両端側が前記一般部とこれに対向する前記ハウジングの後壁とに固定されて前記一般部を後方から支持するとともに、前記ハウジング内で前後から結合した前側部分と後側部分とから構成され、前記前側部分は前記拡散板を支持し、前記後側部分は前記ハウジングに固定され、かつ前記前側部分と前記後側部分は嵌合して結合されたことを特徴とする拡散板の支持構造。 - 前記第二の支持手段の前記前側部分は、
前記拡散板の前記一般部に設けられた挿通穴と、
この挿通穴を挟んで前記一般部に相対向して設けられた一対の挿通穴と、
前記挿通穴に挿通されて後端側が前記第二の支持手段の前記後側部分に結合した結合部と、
この結合部の前端側に結合して前記一般部の前面に固定された固定部と、
前記一対の挿通穴にそれぞれ挿通されて前端側が前記固定部に結合するとともに後端側が前記一般部の後面に固定された一対のアームと、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の拡散板の支持構造。 - 前記第二の支持手段の前記前側部分は、前記固定部が前記一般部の前面に面接するように形成されているとともに、前記一対のアームの前記後端側が前記一般部の後面に面接するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の拡散板の支持構造。
- 前記第二の支持手段の前記後側部分は、
前記ハウジングの前記後壁に設けられた挿通穴と、
この挿通穴を挟んで前記後壁に相対向して設けられた一対の挿通穴と、
前記挿通穴に挿通されて前端側が前記第二の支持手段の前記前側部分に結合した結合部と、
この結合部の後端側に結合して前記後壁の後面に固定された固定部と、
前記一対の挿通穴にそれぞれ挿通されて後端側が前記固定部に結合するとともに前端側が前記後壁の前面に固定された一対のアームと、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の拡散板の支持構造。 - 前記第二の支持手段の前記後側部分は、前記固定部が前記後壁の後面に面接するように形成されているとともに、前記一対のアームの前記前端側が前記後壁の前面に面接するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の拡散板の支持構造。
