Description
採取した対象地盤土の微生物の培養法は、固体培養と液体培養のどちらでもよく、使用される地盤の微生物の種類によって使い分けることができる。
培養した微生物の保存方法としては、植菌操作を一定期間後ごとに行う植え継ぎ法による保存、寒天培地により培養した微生物の寒天上に滅菌した流動パラフィンを重層して培地の乾燥を防ぐ流動パラフィン重層法が挙げられる。これらの方法は保管期間が短く、少量の微生物を用いる施工現場に適している。
コロイダルシリカに微生物を加えた時のゲル化の有無を調べた。
A、B液送液管路13はA液貯槽4、B液貯層5から地盤14中に挿入された注入管15に配管され、図1に示されるように上流側からそれぞれ、混合槽8、注入ポンプ6および流量計7が送液管路13に配置される。

Claims (9)
- 地盤中にシリカ化合物および微生物を投入し、微生物による有機物の代謝作用によって二酸化炭素を発生させ、発生した二酸化炭素によりシリカ化合物を硬化させる地盤改良方法であって、前記微生物として、地盤改良の対象地盤の土中に存在する微生物を培養したものを用いることを特徴とする地盤改良方法。
- 前記微生物として、培養した微生物を乾燥させて休眠状態としたものを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の地盤改良方法。
- 前記シリカ化合物および微生物に加え、地盤中に微生物栄養源を投入することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の地盤改良方法。
- 前記微生物栄養源が単糖類、二糖類および多糖類の群から選ばれる1種以上である請求項3記載の地盤改良方法。
- 二酸化炭素、炭酸水、または酸素を併用して前記有機物の代謝作用の調整、およびシリカ化合物のゲル化時間の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の地盤改良方法。
- さらに、多価金属化合物を併用することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の地盤改良方法。
- 前記多価金属化合物がカルシウム塩、多価金属塩、カルシウム水酸化物、微粒子石灰、微粒子セメント、微粒子スラグ、石膏、および炭酸カルシウムの群から選ばれる1種以上である請求項6記載の地盤改良方法。
- さらにゲル化調整剤を併用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の地盤改良方法。
