Description
a)板紙または紙のような少なくとも1種のセルロース系繊維材料基材と、
b)a)の基材上に被覆された少なくとも1種のポリマーフィルムであって、
i)オレフィンポリマーを含む少なくとも1つのバリヤー層、および
ii)非晶質ポリアミドを含む少なくとも1つのシーラント層
を含む少なくとも1種のポリマーフィルムと
を含み、該シーラント層が包装される製品と接触する多層パッケージングである。
下に述べる実施例で使用した材料は次の通りであり、それぞれの商標および商品名で特定される。
(試料)
次の試料パッケージング積層品を調製した。
試料1:g/m2単位で次のそれぞれの坪量の板紙//接着剤/オレフィン1/接着剤/ポリアミド:330//3/10/3/5
試料2:g/m2単位で次のそれぞれの坪量の板紙//接着剤/オレフィン1/接着剤/ポリアミド:330//3/18/3/5
試料3:g/m2単位で次のそれぞれの坪量の板紙//接着剤/オレフィン2/接着剤/ポリアミド:330//3/10/3/5
試料4:g/m2単位で次のそれぞれの坪量の板紙//接着剤/オレフィン2/接着剤/ポリアミド:330//3/18/3/5
試料を次の通り共押出被覆によって調製した。
各試料について、オレフィンポリマーを押出機A(2.5インチ直径、L/D=30)に導入し、ポリアミドを押出機B(3.5インチ直径、L/D=30)に導入しおよび接着剤を押出機C(2.5インチ直径、L/D=30)に導入した。各押出機について、℃単位での温度を下記に従ってセットした。

(シール強度)
ポリマーフィルムで被覆された板紙を15mm幅ストリップに切断する。2ストリップを、25mm幅、200mm長さの2つの加熱された金属シールジョー付きの、コップ(Kopp)(独国)によって製造された溶封機で、ポリマーフィルム上ポリマーフィルムでシールする。実施例で用いるシール条件は、シール区域にかけられる0.3MPa圧力および1秒である。実施例で示すシール温度はシールジョーの温度である。
各試料の透湿度(MVTR)を、DIN53122に従って測定した。すなわち、第1試験を23.0℃の温度および85%の相対湿度で行い、第2試験を37.8℃および90%の相対湿度で行った。各試験について2測定を行った。平均値を引き出した。結果を次の表IIに集める。
実施例1、試料1の坪量330g/m2の板紙の代わりに坪量420g/m2の板紙を使用し(すべての他の坪量は試料1について示したのと同じものである)、実施例1の方法を用いて積層品(試料5)を製造することができる。得られた試料5は、5重量%未満のポリマーフィルムを含み、試料1と同じバリヤー性を有するであろう。
Claims (9)
- a)少なくとも1種のセルロース系繊維材料基材と、
b)a)の基材上に被覆された少なくとも1種のポリマーフィルムであって、
i)オレフィンポリマーを含む少なくとも1つのバリヤー層、および
ii)非晶質ポリアミドを含む少なくとも1つのシーラント層
を含み、前記オレフィンポリマーがシクロオレフィンポリマーまたは高密度ポリエチレンである少なくとも1種のポリマーフィルムと、
c)基材とバリヤー層との間および/またはバリヤー層とシーラント層との間に置かれる1または複数の接着剤層と、から本質的になり、該シーラント層が包装される製品と接触し、

- 前記バリヤー層が、DIN53122に従って23℃の温度および85%の相対湿度で測定される際に、10g/(m2.24時間)未満の透湿度(MVTR)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージング。
- 前記シーラント層が、DIN53380に従って23.0℃の温度でおよび50%の相対湿度で測定される際に、100cm3/(m2.24時間.バール)未満の酸素透過度を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージング。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムが、前記基材と前記バリヤー層との間に置かれる第1接着剤層と、前記バリヤー層と前記シーラント層との間に置かれる第2接着剤層とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージング。
- 前記第1接着剤層が低密度ポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパッケージング。
- 前記第2接着剤層が無水マレイン酸変性ポリエチレンを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパッケージング。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムが前記パッケージングの全重量を基準にして10重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージング。
- 前記ポリマーフィルムが前記パッケージングの全重量を基準にして5重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパッケージング。
