Claims (29)
- 閉鎖枠を有し、閉鎖モータを使用して所定経路に沿って開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能な自動車の閉鎖パネルの挟み込み防止アセンブリであって、
制御装置と、
該制御装置に作動的に接続され、前記閉鎖パネルが移動するとき該閉鎖パネルの位置を表す位置信号を生成する位置センサと、
前記自動車に取り付けられ、静電場を検出する位置に配置され、前記制御装置に作動的に接続されて前記制御装置に出力信号を供給し、前記閉鎖枠と前記閉鎖パネルとの間に物体が延在することで生じる静電場の変化を検出し、その後、前記閉鎖パネルが前記閉位置に向かって移動するのを停止させるように作動する容量センサと、を備え、
前記制御装置が、複数のしきい値で前記容量センサを作動させて複数の感度レベルを提供し、
前記容量センサは、第1の感度レベルでは、該容量センサと前記閉鎖パネルとの間にあり且つ前記容量センサと非接触の物体を検出するように、第2の感度レベルでは、前記容量センサと少なくとも間接的に接触する物体を検出するように構成され、
前記容量センサは、前記閉鎖パネルが前記容量センサから約4mmより近くに移動したとき、前記第1感度レベルを前記第2感度レベルに切り換える、
ことを特徴とする挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記制御装置が、周囲の状況が変化した時に前記複数の閾値レベルを変更する閾値発生器を含む、
請求項1に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記閾値発生器が、前記容量センサと並列に前記制御装置に電気接続される閾値コンデンサを含む、
請求項1に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記閾値発生器が、一連の電気パルスを発生して、前記一連の電気パルスを前記容量センサへ送信して前記容量センサを充電するためのパルス発生器を更に含む、
請求項3に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記閾値発生器が、前記パルス発生器に作動的に接続され、前記一連の電気パルスの各々を計数するカウンタを含む、
請求項4に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記位置センサが、前記閉鎖パネルの位置を特定するために前記閉鎖パネルに隣接して配置されている、
請求項5に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記位置センサが、閉鎖モータに隣接して配置されている、
請求項5に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記位置センサが、ホール効果センサである、

請求項9に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記制御装置が、位置指示器が表す閉鎖パネル位置の関数として、複数の閾値レベルにわたり容量センサの関数を変える、
請求項1に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記容量センサが、密閉システムに収容され、
該容量センサは、前記第2の感度レベルで、該容量センサまたは前記密閉システムと接触する物体を検出するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 閉鎖枠を有し、閉鎖モータを使用して前記閉鎖枠に対して開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能な、自動車の閉鎖パネルのための挟み込み防止アセンブリであって、
制御装置と、
前記制御装置に作動的に接続され、前記閉鎖パネルの移動時に前記閉鎖パネルの位置を表す位置信号を発生する位置センサと、
前記閉鎖枠の閉鎖端に隣接して取り付けられ、静電容量を表す出力信号を前記制御装置に供給して、前記閉鎖枠を通って異物が延在することを制御装置が特定できるようにする容量センサと、を備え、
前記容量センサが、外部からの作用力に応じて前記閉鎖枠に対して移動できるように、可撓性材料内に閉じ込められている少なくとも1つのストリップ電極を備え、前記制御装置が、前記閉鎖パネルが前記ストリップ電極に直接隣接する区域内に配置される場合に、前記閉鎖パネルがより遠位の区域内に配置される場合よりも低い感度で前記容量センサを作動させる、
ことを特徴とする挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記位置センサが、ホール効果センサである、
請求項13に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記制御装置が、周囲の状況が変化した時に前記複数の閾値レベルを変更する閾値発生器を含み、前記制御装置が、異物が閉鎖枠を通って延在するか否かを判定するために、所定の閉鎖パネル位置において前記閾値レベルを比較する、
請求項13又は14に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記閾値発生器が、前記容量センサと並列に前記制御装置に電気接続される閾値コンデンサを含む、
請求項15に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記閾値発生器が、一連の電気パルスを発生して、前記一連の電気パルスを前記容量センサへ送信して前記容量センサを充電するためのパルス発生器を更に含む、
請求項16に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記閾値発生器が、前記パルス発生器に作動的に接続されて前記一連の電気パルスの各々を計数するカウンタを含む、
請求項17に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記容量センサが、閉鎖枠の一部に沿って延びる、
請求項13ないし18のいずれか1項に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - 前記容量センサが、細長い導電体で作られている、
請求項19に記載の挟み込み防止アセンブリ。 - モータにより開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能な閉鎖パネルの経路内における物体の存在を、容量センサ、閾値コンデンサ、及びパルス発生器を使用して検出するための方法であって、
閾値信号を発生させる段階と、
前記閉鎖パネルの経路に広がる電場の誘電性を測定して測定信号を発生させる段階と、
前記測定信号を前記閾値信号と比較する段階と、
前記測定信号が前記閾値信号を超える場合に前記閉鎖パネルが前記閉位置に向かって移動することを停止させる段階と、を含み、
前記容量センサが、外部からの作用力に応じて前記閉鎖枠に対して移動できるように、可撓性材料内に閉じ込められている少なくとも1つのストリップ電極を備え、前記制御装置が、前記閉鎖パネルが前記ストリップ電極に直接隣接する区域内に配置される場合に、前記閉鎖パネルがより遠位の区域内に配置される場合よりも低い感度で前記容量センサを作動させる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 閾値信号を発生する段階が、パルス信号を生成する段階を含む、
請求項21に記載の方法。 - 前記パルス信号中のパルスを計数してパルス計数値を取得する段階を含む、
