Claims (4)
- 下部に設けられる混合室に臭気ガスを導入する吸引口と上部に該臭気ガスに含まれる成分を吸着処理したガスを排出する排気口を設ける洗浄塔と、
前記混合室にオゾンを供給するオゾン発生手段と、
前記洗浄塔内の混合室の上方に、順次配設される多孔体充填層、吸引手段および吸着層と、
前記混合室において前記多孔体充填層の下方から洗浄水を散布する散水手段とを備え、
前記多孔体充填層の上面に、前記先浄水の水膜を形成することを特徴とするオゾン脱臭装置。 - 前記多孔体充填層がセラミック多孔体の充填層である請求項1記載のオゾン脱臭装置。
- 前記吸着層における吸着剤に触媒が担持されている請求項1または2記載のオゾン脱臭装置。
- 前記吸着層が触媒体であるとともに、加熱手段または蛍光ランプを具備してなる請求項1または2記載のオゾン脱臭装置。
