Description
Claims (8)
- ガスのオンライン注入、再利用、及び破壊システムであって、
ガス注入用のガス注入口を有するガス注入装置と、
ガス注入装置に接続された第1チェックバルブと、
第1チェックバルブに接続され、ガス注入装置に注入されたガスを第1チェックバルブを介して吸引する注入器とを備え、
前記注入器は、また、液体を導入しガスと混合させる液体導入口と、混合ガス及び液体を放出するガス液体流出口とを有し、
前記システムは、更に、
前記注入器と接続され、前記注入器から放出された混合状のガスと液体を分離する気液分離装置と、
第2チェックバルブとガス管とを有し、
前記ガス注入装置は、上側流出口と下側流出口とを有し、上側流出口は第1チェックバルブに接続され、下側流出口は第2チェックバルブに接続され、
前記注入器は、第1チェックバルブへ接続されたガス導入口を有し、
前記気液分離装置は、内蔵の導管を有し、導管の下端部は、前記注入器のガス液体流出口に接続され、導管の上端部は、気液分離装置内の頂部付近まで延びており、
そして、気液分離装置の底部付近に配置された液体流出口と、気液分離装置の頂部付近に配置されたガス流出口と、
ガス注入装置に外管を介して接続されたオゾン破壊装置とを有し、
オゾン破壊装置の内部は、ガス流通可能な方式で上側セクションと下側セクションに区画され、上側セクションの頂部は、周辺の空気と連通しており、上側セクションはオゾン破壊媒体を収容していて、前記ガス管は気液分離装置のガス流出口に接続され、オゾン破壊装置の下側セクションを通過してガス注入装置に進入しており、
外管は、オゾン破壊装置の内部からガス注入装置の内部に進入する部分のガス管と同軸となるように配置されており、
前記ガスはオゾンであり、前記液体は水であることを特徴とするガスのオンライン注入、再利用、及び破壊システム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムであって、更に、前記注入器の液体導入口に接続されているポンプを有して、水を注入器に吸引することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項2記載のシステムであって、エルボ管は、ガス注入装置の下側流出口に装着されており、その一端は第2チェックバルブに接続され、他端はガス注入装置の底部付近まで延びていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって、前記注入器は、ベンチュリ管効果によりガスを吸引する装置であることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項2記載のシステムであって、端部キャップは、気液分離装置内の導管の上端部に装着されており、均一分布の細孔は、導管の上端付近に形成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項2記載のシステムであって、前記オゾン破壊装置は、前記装置を上側セクションと下側セクションとに分けるスクリーン層を有することを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1記載のシステムであって、前記オゾン破壊媒体は二酸化マンガンであることを特徴とするシステム
- 請求項6記載のシステムであって、付加の加熱ユニットは、オゾン破壊装置の上側セクションに装着されていることを特徴とするシステム。
