Description
Claims (21)
- 長尺カニューレの先端に取り付けられるようになっている組織剥離チップであって、
当該剥離チップが、使用のために特定の方向に向けられる際に開放された下面を有する略凹状の作業腔を画成する湾曲した中空覆体を備えており、
前記中空覆体が一対の側方に延びる側方延出部を備えており、
前記側方延出部の各々が前記中空覆体の外周の対向する側部から延びており、
前記長尺カニューレの中心軸に対して垂直な断面において、前記中空覆体が略凸状部を有する外面を持ち、側方に延びる前記側方延出部の各々が略凹状の外面を有し、もって前記側方延出部の各々の前記略凹状の外面が上側の剥離された組織を持ち上げるようになっている、組織剥離チップ。 - 当該剥離チップの先端に位置された組織剥離部を備え、前記組織剥離部が、剥離装置が使用のために特定の方向に向けられる際に遠隔観察装置が位置されるようになっている面よりも上側の面で終端する、請求項1に記載の組織剥離チップ。
- 軸方向断面において、前記組織剥離部が、前記中空覆体の凸状外面に連なる略凹状の外面を有する、請求項2に記載の組織剥離チップ。
- 基端と先端と中心軸とを有する長尺カニューレと、
前記長尺カニューレの前記基端に取り付けられるようになっているハンドルと、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の剥離チップと、
を備える剥離装置。 - 前記長尺カニューレが、更に、その内部に少なくとも1つの手術器具を受けるようになっている、請求項4に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記長尺カニューレが長尺スロットを含み、前記長尺スロットが、手術器具と係合して前記器具を前記スロットに沿って案内するようになっている、請求項4又は5に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記ハンドルが観察装置保持機構を備え、前記観察装置保持機構が、前記長尺カニューレ内において観察装置を第1の位置と第2の位置との間で並進させるようになっている、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 第1の位置において、前記観察装置保持機構によって保持された遠隔観察装置の先端が、前記長尺カニューレの先端を越えて、湾曲した前記中空覆体によって形成された作業腔内へと延びている、請求項7に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記観察装置保持機構が、ユーザによりハンドルを把持しつつ操作されるようになっている作動レバーを備える、請求項7又は8に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記ハンドルの本体部が、遠隔観察装置に接続するための光ファイバケーブルを収容するようになっている、請求項4〜9のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記ハンドルが、光ファイバケーブルを前記ハンドル内で固定するようになっている光ファイバケーブル保持機構を備える、請求項10に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記光ファイバケーブル保持機構が、光ファイバケーブルを貫通して受けるようになっているスロットを画成する一対の弾性シールを備える、請求項11に記載の剥離装置。
- 遠隔観察装置を更に備え、前記遠隔観察装置が内視鏡又は半導体撮像要素を備える、請求項4〜12のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記剥離チップの基端に位置され且つ前記剥離チップの直ぐ前方で直接観察を行うようになっている第1の半導体撮像要素と、前記剥離チップの先端に位置され且つ前記作業腔の直接観察を行うようになっている第2の半導体撮像要素とを更に備える、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記本体部が、前記長尺カニューレの内部に通じる長手方向溝を含んでいる、請求項4〜14のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記長手方向溝が前記長尺カニューレの長尺スロットと連通している、請求項6に従属する請求項15に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記長手方向溝の幅が前記長尺カニューレに向かって細くなっている、請求項15又は16に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記ハンドルが、ユーザの手のための把持領域を形成するようになっているグリップ部を備え、前記グリップ部が、前記長尺カニューレの軸に対して横方向に延びている、請求項4〜17のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記ハンドル及び前記長尺カニューレが互いに分離できるようになっている、請求項4〜18のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記長尺カニューレが複数の内部長手方向通路を備える、請求項4〜19のいずれか一項に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記内部長手方向通路のうちの少なくとも2つが互いに連通している、請求項20に記載の剥離装置。
