Description
Claims (10)
- 電子回路であって、
論理ゲートを形成するように構成された第1のトランジスタと第2のトランジスタと、
ac電源波形を生成する交流(ac)電源と、
前記ac電源波形から部分整流ac電源波形を生成するとともに該部分整流ac電源波形を用いて前記論理ゲートに直接電力供給する部分整流段と、
を備え、前記部分整流ac電源波形の半サイクルのピーク値が前記論理ゲートに電力供給するのに十分な電圧を有し、前記部分整流段は前記論理ゲートに電力供給するには不十分な平均直流(dc)電圧を生成し、前記ac電源波形は前記論理ゲートの伝搬遅延より小さな周期を有する電子回路。 - 前記部分整流段が、前記部分整流ac電源波形として一次直流(dc)電源信号を生成するには不十分な容量性フィルタリングを有する半波整流器を含む、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記回路が一連のインバータ段を含み、該インバータ段がリング発振器の少なくとも一部を形成するように結合されており、さらに前記回路は複数のデータ線と、前記リング発振器により生成されたクロック信号に応じて前記データ線からデータを選択的に出力する複数の論理ゲートと、を備える請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記トランジスタのうちの少なくとも1つが有機薄膜トランジスタであり、前記論理ゲートが無線識別(RFID)タグの一部を形成する請求項1に記載の回路。
- 少なくとも第1のトランジスタと第2のトランジスタとにより形成された論理ゲートに、ac電源と部分整流段から生成された部分整流交流(ac)電源波形を用いて直接電力供給するステップを有する方法であって、前記部分整流ac電源波形の半サイクルのピーク値が前記論理ゲートに電力供給するのに十分な電圧を有し、前記部分整流段は前記論理ゲートに電力供給するには不十分な平均直流(dc)電圧を生成し、前記ac電源波形は前記論理ゲートの伝搬遅延より小さな周期を有する方法。
- 前記部分整流段が、前記部分整流ac電源波形として一次直流(dc)電源信号を生成するには不十分な容量性フィルタリングを有する半波形整流器を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記トランジスタのうちの少なくとも1つが有機薄膜トランジスタであり、前記論理ゲートが無線識別(RFID)タグの一部を形成する請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記論理ゲートは一連のインバータ段を含む回路の1つのインバータ段の一部を形成し、前記一連のインバータ段はリング発振器の少なくとも一部を形成するように結合され、さらに前記回路は複数のデータ線と、前記リング発振器により生成されたクロック信号に応じて前記データ線からデータを選択的に出力する複数の論理ゲートと、を備える請求項7に記載の方法。
- 無線識別(RFID)タグであって、
論理ゲートを形成するように構成された第1および第2のトランジスタと、
無線周波数(RF)エネルギーを交流(ac)電源波形に変換する無線周波数(RF)変換器と、
前記ac電源波形から部分整流ac電源波形を生成するとともに該部分整流ac電源波形を用いて前記論理ゲートに直接電力供給する部分整流段であって、前記部分整流ac電源波形の半サイクルのピーク値が前記論理ゲートに電力供給するのに十分な電圧を有し、この部分整流段は前記論理ゲートに電力供給するには不十分な平均直流(dc)電圧を生成し、前記ac電源波形は前記論理ゲートの伝搬遅延より小さな周期を有する、部分整流段と、
情報を伝達する変調器と、
を備える無線識別(RFID)タグ。 - 無線識別(RFID)システムであって、
請求項9に記載のRFIDタグと、
前記RF変換器による変換のために無線周波数(RF)エネルギーを前記RFIDタグに送信し、前記RFエネルギーに応じて前記RFIDタグ内の前記変調器により伝達された情報を読み取るRFIDリーダと、
を備える無線識別(RFID)システム。
