Abstract
【解決手段】 電磁波を受信し電力に変換するRFコイルからの交流電流をダイオードおよび第1のキャパシタで整流し、チャージポンプ方式の昇圧回路によって昇圧し、前記昇圧回路で昇圧された電力を充放電回路により第2のキャパシタに蓄える。蓄えられた電力を充放電回路によりRF送信回路へ供給する。

Description
(1)RF送信回路が動作していないときのスタンバイ時消費電力はゼロである。
(2)電子機器の中に昇圧回路を有しているため、低い発電電圧でも情報送信が可能である。つまり、コイルの大きさを小さく出来、またシステム側の送信パワーも小さくすることが可能になる。
(3)昇圧回路にはキャパシタのみをスイッチングすることで動作するチャージポンプ方式の回路を用いているため、ノイズ発生が少ない

Claims (4)
- 電磁波を受信し電力に変換するRFコイルと、
ダイオードと第1のキャパシタとからなる整流回路を介して前記RFコイルに接続された昇圧回路と、
前記昇圧回路で昇圧された電力を蓄える第2のキャパシタを有するとともに、前記第2のキャパシタの充電、放電を制御する、前記昇圧回路に接続された充放電回路と、
前記充放電回路に接続されたRF送信回路とから構成される電子機器。 - 前記昇圧回路はチャージポンプ方式の回路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電子機器。
- 前記チャージポンプ方式の回路からなる前記昇圧回路は昇圧キャパシタを同一チップ内に備えていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電子機器。
- 前記チャージポンプ方式の回路からなる前記昇圧回路は完全空乏タイプのCMOS型FETにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電子機器。
