(g)反応空間用の少なくとも1つの共通の加熱器と、少なくとも1つの機能的に関係付けられた絞り器セットの用の少なくとも1つの他の別の加熱器。
(B’)各気体−液体分離ユニットから流れ出る少なくとも1つの反応気体を、全ての気体−液体分離ユニットに共通の保持気体供給部からの保持気体と同時に接触させる段階、
(D)反応器から流れ出る生成物の流れを、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの気体−液体分離ユニットに導入する段階。
(i)レベルセンサーの信号によってトリガされる、放出弁を開く段階、
(ii)前記放出弁を介して、少なくとも1つの分離ユニットから少なくとも1つの収集領域へ生成物流体を放出する段階、
(iii)圧力の変化及び/又は流体流量の変化に対応する信号によってトリガされる、前記放出弁を閉じる段階。
(ii)少なくとも1つの抽出物用の、少なくとも1つの圧力コントローラー及び/又は流量コントローラー。
(ii)少なくとも1つの質量流量コントローラー、
(iii)質量流量コントローラーの下流(制御流体の流れの方向に対して)にある、制御流体供給部の反応空間への接続部当たり1つの絞り器。
(ii)少なくとも1つの流量計、
(iii)少なくとも1つの圧力コントローラー。
(ii)少なくとも1つの質量流量コントローラー、

Claims (13)
- 化学反応を並行して実施又は研究するための装置において、
少なくとも以下の構成要素:
(a)少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間と、
(b)前記反応空間の入力側の、(a)による前記反応空間又はそれらのサブセット用の少なくとも1つの共通の抽出物供給部と、
(d)前記反応空間の出力側の、全ての前記反応空間又はそれらのサブセットに共通の少なくとも1つの保持気体供給部への、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの接続部と、
(e)前記反応空間の出力側の、生成物の流れ方向に、(d)による前記保持気体供給部への前記接続部の下流にある、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの絞り器とを備え、前記絞り器は各反応空間内で体積の変動があった場合でも圧力を全ての反応空間内で一定に保つように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 化学反応を並行して実行又は研究するための装置において、
少なくとも以下の構成要素:
(a)少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間と、
(b)前記反応空間の入力側の、(a)による前記反応空間又はそれらのサブセット用の少なくとも1つの共通の抽出物供給部と、
(d)前記反応空間の出力側の、全ての前記反応空間に共通の少なくとも1つの保持気体供給部への、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの接続部と、
(d’)前記反応空間の出力側の、全ての前記反応空間に共通の少なくとも1つの制御流体供給部への、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの接続部と、
(e)前記反応空間の出力側の、生成物の流れ方向に、(d)による前記保持気体供給部への前記接続部と(d’)による前記制御流体供給部への前記接続部との下流にある、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの絞り器とを備え、前記絞り器は各反応空間内で体積の変動があった場合でも圧力を全ての反応空間内で一定に保つように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 以下の構成要素:
(c)前記反応空間の入力側の、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの絞り器、
(f)個々の前記反応空間からの前記生成物を分析するための少なくとも1つのユニット、
(g)前記反応空間用の少なくとも1つの共通の加熱器、及び少なくとも1つの機能的に関係付けられた絞り器のセット用の少なくとも1つの他の別の加熱器、
の内の少なくとも1つを、更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記制御流体供給部から前記反応空間に繋げるための前記接続部は、結節/混合点で、前記生成物を放出するために前記反応空間の出力側に取り付けられた前記接続部と一体に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- 前記制御流体を供給するための前記結節/混合点は、前記制御流体供給部の前記絞り器の下流(前記制御流体の流れ方向に対して)で、且つ前記反応空間出力側の絞り器((e)による絞り器)の上流(1つ又は複数の生成物の流れ方向に対して)にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間内で、少なくとも2つの化学反応を並行して実施又は研究するための方法において、少なくとも以下の段階:
(A)少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間内の少なくとも1つの物質を、少なくとも1つの抽出物と、全ての反応空間又はそれらのサブセットに共通の少なくとも1つの抽出物供給部を介して接触させる段階と、
(B)前記少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間からの少なくとも1つの生成物の流れを、全ての前記反応空間又はそれらのサブセットに共通の保持気体供給部からの保持気体と同時に接触させる段階と、
(E)反応空間当たり1つの絞り器を、反応空間出口側であって保持気体が供給される結節/混合点の反応空間から流れ出る生成物の流れに関して下流に備えることによって、各反応空間内で体積の変動があった場合でも圧力を全ての反応空間内で一定に保つ段階と、を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも以下の段階:
(C)前記少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間からの前記少なくとも1つの生成物の流れを、全ての前記反応空間又はそれらのサブセットに共通の制御流体供給部からの制御流体と同時に接触させる段階、を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも2つの化学反応の内の少なくとも1つは、定容反応ではないことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出物の流れは、前記少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間の上流の前記絞り器によって、又は前記反応空間の下流の前記絞り器によって、或いは両方によって、少なくとも概ね等しく分配されることを特徴とする、請求項6から8の何れかに記載の方法。
- 始動時、即ち前記反応空間内で前記少なくとも1つの化学反応が起こる前に、前記共通の保持気体供給部からの前記保持気体は、前記化学反応が起きているときの前記反応空間の目標圧力にほぼ相当する圧力に調整され、続いて、前記共通の抽出物供給部からの前記抽出物の流れは、抽出物が前記共通の抽出物供給部から前記反応空間へ流れ込むように調整されることを特徴とする、請求項6から9の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記反応空間には少なくとも1つの固体が充填され、前記固体の、前記抽出物への露出は、前記抽出物が気体である場合はGHSVとして、前記抽出物が液体である場合はLHSV単位で指定されており、前記GHSVは300h−1から10,000h−1で、前記LHSVは0.2h−1から10h−1であることを特徴とする、請求項6から10の何れかに記載の方法。
- 一定のゼロでない制御流体の流量は始動時に調整され、前記反応器を通る抽出物の流量は、反応が起こっているときに、この制御流体の流量を、前記反応空間内の圧力に相当の影響を及ぼすこと無く増減させることによって、それぞれ低減又は増大させることを特徴とする、請求項6から11の何れかに記載の方法。
- 多相化学反応を並行して実施又は研究するための装置において、
(a)少なくとも2つの空間的に分離されている反応空間と、
(b)前記反応空間の入力側の、(a)による前記反応空間又はそれらのサブセット用の少なくとも1つの共通の抽出物供給部と、
(b’)前記反応空間の入力側の、(a)による前記反応空間又はそれらのサブセット用の少なくとも1つの共通の抽出物液体供給部と、
(b'')前記反応空間の入力側の、(a)による前記反応空間への前記共通の抽出物液体供給部の接続部の一部としての、接続部当たり少なくとも1つの絞り器と、
(e’)前記反応空間の出力側の、前記少なくとも1つの生成物の流れ方向に、随意の制御流体供給部への接続部の下流にある、反応空間当たり少なくとも1つの気体−液体分離ユニットと、
(e'')各気体−液体分離ユニットと関係付けられた、前記少なくとも1つの反応気体を放出するための接続部と、
(e''')(e'')による接続部当たり1つの、結節/混合点を介した、共通の保持気体供給部への接続部と、
(e'''')(e''')による前記結節点の後、即ち前記反応気体の流れ方向の下流で且つ随意の分析ユニットの前にある、(e'')による接続部当たり少なくとも1つの絞り器とを備え、前記絞り器は各反応空間内で体積の変動があった場合でも圧力を全ての反応空間内で一定に保つように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。
