Description
Claims (14)
- 形状接続的なボス・軸結合に用いられる溝プロファイルであって、ほぼ方形のまたは台形の溝横断面(3)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、ボス(1)または軸(2)の溝底(5)または溝頭(4)が、半径方向外向きに突出した少なくとも1つのリブ(6)を有しており、該リブ(6)が、溝底(5)または溝頭(4)の材料から一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、形状接続的なボス・軸結合に用いられる溝プロファイル。
- ボス(1)または軸(2)の各溝底(5)または各溝頭(4)が、少なくとも1つのリブ(6)を有している、請求項1記載の溝プロファイル。
- リブ(6)が、溝(3)の側面(7)に対して平行に延びて形成されている、請求項1または2記載の溝プロファイル。
- リブ(6)が、溝(3)の側面(7)に対して平行に延びて、相応の溝底(5)もしくは溝頭(4)の全長に沿って形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の溝プロファイル。
- リブ(6)が、外向きに先細になる台形の横断面を有していて、相応の溝底(5)もしくは溝頭(4)の幅(B)の50%の最大の幅(b)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の溝プロファイル。
- リブ(6)が、外向きに先細になる台形の横断面を有していて、相応の溝底(5)もしくは溝頭(4)の幅(B)の25%の最大の幅(b)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の溝プロファイル。
- ボス(1)もしくは軸(2)の長手方向軸線を基準とした、向かい合って位置する溝底(5)もしくは溝頭(4)に対するリブ(6)の載着面の曲率半径が、遊びなしにまたはプリロードを伴って形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の溝プロファイル。
- それぞれ1つの溝底(5)もしくは溝頭(4)に、互いに平行に配置された少なくとも2つのリブ(6)が形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の溝プロファイル。
- ボス(1)の溝(3)の、互いに反対の側の側面(7)と、軸(2)の溝(3)の、互いに面した側の側面(7)とが、それぞれ互いに直接的に向かい合って配置されている、請求項1記載の溝プロファイル。
- ボス(1’)および/または軸(2)が、内側歯列および外側歯列を備えた中空異形材である、請求項1記載の溝プロファイル。
- 軸に相当する内側管(2)と、ボスに相当する外側管(1)とを備えた、ジョイント軸に用いられる伸縮管において、内側管(2)または外側管(1)が、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の溝プロファイル(3)を有していることを特徴とする、ジョイント軸に用いられる伸縮管。
- 内側管(2)と外側管(1)とが、ほぼ均一な異形材厚さを備えた中空体として形成されている、請求項11記載の伸縮管。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の溝プロファイル(3)を冷間転造法で製作するための方法において、1つまたはそれ以上の異形ローラまたは異形ドラムを、リブ(6)に相応に形成されたプロファイルを備えた、異形成形のために必要となる、中空部材の内部に位置する異形マンドレルに合致させて、ボス(1)または軸(2)の表面に係合させることを特徴とする、溝プロファイルを冷間転造法で製作するための方法。
- 異形ローラもしくは異形ドラムを周期的に衝撃係合させる、請求項13記載の方法。
