Description
(耐火組成物の製造)
セルベン、アルミナ微粉末、シリカ超微粉末、アルミナセメント、珪酸ナトリウム粉末、珪弗化ナトリウム及びエーテル化デンプンを、表1又は表2に示す配合量で配合し、耐火組成物を得た。
1.吹き付け施工性
耐火組成物を用いて、下記の条件の乾式吹き付け施工にて、混練物の吹き付けを行なった後、24時間放置して乾燥を行った。その結果を表1又は表2に示す。なお、評価結果は、混練物のダレが発生せず、着肉厚さを70mm以上とすることができた場合を「◎」とし、若干のダレが発生し、着肉厚さが40mm以上70mm未満となった場合を「○」とし、ダレが発生し、着肉厚さが20mm以上40mm未満となった場合を「△」とし、ダレが発生し、着肉厚さが20mm未満となった場合を「×」とした。
・水の混合量:耐火組成物100質量部に対し15質量部
・ノズルからの吐出圧力:0.2MPa
・被塗布体:垂直壁面
・ノズルと被塗布体との距離:1000mm
耐火組成物100質量部に対し水15質量部の混合量で吹き付け施工を行い、40mm×40mm×160mmの成形体を作製した。110℃で24時間乾燥し、試験片を得た。得られた試験片の嵩密度は約1.6〜1.8g/cm3であった。次いで、該試験片を用いて、JIS R 2553に準じて試験を行い、該試験片の曲げ強さを測定した。その結果を表1又は表2に示す。
曲げ強度の測定と同様の方法で得た試験片を用いて、JIS R 2553に準じて試験を行い、該試験片の圧縮強さを測定した。その結果を表1又は表2に示す。
曲げ強度の測定と同様の方法で得た試験片を、1000℃で3時間加熱した。加熱前の該試験片の長手方向の長さX1mm及び加熱後の長さX2を、下記式(1)に代入し、線収縮率(%)を求めた。その結果を表1又は表2に示す。

曲げ強度の測定と同様の方法で得た試験片を、80℃の50%硫酸水溶液に、200時間浸漬した。浸漬後の試験片の外観を観察した。また、該試験片の浸漬前の質量Y1及び浸漬後のY2を、下記式(2)に代入し、質量減少率(%)を求めた。また、質量減少率が、5%未満の場合を「良好」とし、5%以上10%未満の場合を「浸食ややあり」とし、10%以上25%未満の場合を「浸食やや大」とし、25%以上の場合を「浸食大」とした。その結果を表1又は表2に示す。

・セルベン:セルベン#10(神明工業社製)、粒径0.1〜5mm
・アルミナ微粉末:焼成バン土頁岩 325F(神明工業社製)、粒径0.5〜250μm、5〜75μmの粒径のものが80%
・シリカ超微粉末:マイクロシリカ940−U(エルケム社製)、粒径0.01〜20μm、0.5〜5μmの粒径のものが80%
・アルミナセメント:デンカ1号(電気化学工業社製)、1号品
・珪酸ナトリウム粉末:粉末珪酸ソーダ(愛知化学社製)、2号品
・エーテル化デンプン:ヒドロキシプロピルエーテル化でんぷん
Claims (6)
- セルベンからなる無機骨材40〜60質量%、アルミナ粉末および/またはシリカ粉末からなる粒径が0.01〜300μmの無機粉末5〜10質量%、アルミナセメント16〜26質量%、珪酸ナトリウム粉末7〜15質量%及び硬化促進剤6〜15質量%を含有する耐火組成物であって、更に粘着付与剤としてエーテル化でんぷんを0.05〜3質量%含有することを特徴とする耐火組成物。
- 前記無機粉末が、粒度分布測定において、10〜200μmに少なくとも一つのピークトップを有するアルミナ微粉末と、0.07〜10μmに少なくとも一つのピークトップを有するシリカ超微粉末からなり、
前記アルミナ微粉末は、5〜75μmの粒径のものが80%以上、前記シリカ超微粉末は0.5〜5μmの粒径のものが80%以上である請求項1に記載の耐火組成物。 - 前記無機骨材の粒径が0.1〜6.5mmである請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐火組成物。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の耐火組成物を含んでなることを特徴とする不定形耐火物。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の耐火組成物と水との混練物を吹き付け施工することを特徴とする吹き付け施工方法。
- 前記吹き付け施工方法が乾式吹き付け施工方法である請求項5に記載の吹き付け施工方法。
