Claims (14)
- かかととつま先とを含む吐出口部分を有する可撓外殻体と、
前記かかとの径方向の外側で、かつ前記可撓外殻体の内側に移動不能に固定された剛性キャップ部分であって、前記剛性キャップ部分が、前記剛性キャップ部分の下部領域よりも横方向に外方に延在する上部領域を有すると共に、前記可撓外殻体が、前記剛性キャップ部分の該上部領域と該下部領域とを接触しながら包囲しており、かつ前記可撓外殻体による前記剛性キャップ部分の該包囲によって、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分の側方移動を制約している前記剛性キャップ部分と、
前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分内に受容された剛性シャフトを有すると共に、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分と接合することで第1常閉一方向バルブを形成する剛性ノズル部分と、を備え、
前記剛性キャップ部分が、前記剛性ノズル部分と組み合わされて移動不能に固定され、かつ前記剛性シャフトを径方向に囲んでおり、これにより、前記剛性キャップ部分は、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分を前記剛性ノズル部分の前記剛性シャフトの回りに対称的に中心合わせする、
圧力の付与により液体内容物を放出する噴霧型放出器用の噴霧用先端機構。 - 当該噴霧用先端機構は、前記剛性シャフトと前記剛性キャップ部分の内部とにより側方が境界限定されると共に前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分により垂直方向が境界限定された渦流チャンバを更に備え、
前記渦流チャンバの液体内容物は該渦流チャンバから前記第1常閉一方向バルブを介して放逐される、請求項1記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 当該噴霧用先端機構は液体リザーバと流体連通し、
前記剛性ノズル部分は複数の流体チャネルを含み、
前記複数の流体チャネルは漸進的に湾曲した複数の螺旋状供給チャネルに通じ、
各螺旋状供給チャネルは前記渦流チャンバ内へと螺旋経路にて液体を放逐する、請求項2記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 前記剛性キャップ部分は軸心方向に延在するラッチ部材を含み、且つ、
前記剛性ノズル部分は、前記剛性キャップ部分の前記ラッチ部材を受容することで前記剛性キャップ部分と前記剛性ノズル部分との間における相互係合嵌装を提供する、請求項1記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 前記剛性キャップ部分は前記下部領域および前記上部領域を有し、
前記剛性キャップ部分の前記下部領域の径方向内縁部と前記剛性ノズル部分の前記剛性シャフトとは、前記渦流チャンバの側方範囲を規定する固定間隙距離により分離される、請求項2記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 前記第1常閉一方向バルブの開成の間において、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分と前記剛性シャフトとの間における初期分離点は、前記吐出口部分と前記剛性シャフトとの間の最終分離点が開成されたときに実質的に閉成される、請求項3記載の噴霧用先端機構。
- かかととつま先とを含む吐出口部分を有する可撓外殻体と、
前記かかとの径方向の外側であって、前記可撓外殻体の内側に移動不能に固定されたブーツ形状セグメントを有する剛性キャップ部分であって、前記ブーツ形状セグメントの一部が、前記剛性キャップ部分の下部領域よりも横方向に外方に延在しており、かつ前記可撓外殻体が、横方向に外方に延在している前記ブーツ形状セグメントの該一部と前記剛性キャップ部分の該下部領域とを接触しながら包囲していて、前記可撓外殻体による、横方向に外方に延在している前記ブーツ形状セグメントの該一部と前記剛性キャップ部分の該下部領域との該包囲によって、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分の側方移動を制約しているところの前記剛性キャップ部分と、
前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分内に受容された剛性シャフトを有すると共に、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分と接合することで第1常閉一方向バルブを形成する剛性ノズル部分と、
前記剛性シャフトと前記剛性キャップ部分の内部とにより側方が境界限定されると共に、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分により垂直方向が境界限定された渦流チャンバと、を備え、
前記剛性キャップ部分が、前記剛性ノズル部分と組み合わされて移動不能に固定され、かつ前記剛性シャフトを径方向に包囲しており、それにより、前記剛性キャップ部分の前記ブーツ形状セグメントは、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分を前記剛性ノズル部分の前記剛性シャフトの回りに対称的に中心合わせし、且つ、
前記渦流チャンバの液体内容物は前記渦流チャンバから前記第1常閉一方向バルブを介して放逐される、
圧力の付与により液体内容物を放出する噴霧型放出器用の噴霧用先端機構。 - 当該噴霧用先端機構は第2の一方向バルブを介して液体リザーバと流体連通し、
前記剛性ノズル部分は複数の流体チャネルを含み、
前記複数の流体チャネルは漸進的に湾曲した複数の螺旋状供給チャネルに通じ、
各螺旋状供給チャネルは前記渦流チャンバ内へと螺旋経路にて液体を放逐する、請求項7記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 前記剛性シャフトの近傍の端部にて前記複数の螺旋状供給チャネルの各々は、チャネル移送された流体を前記渦流チャンバ内へと上方傾斜角度にて進路変更させる傾斜部要素を含む、請求項8記載の噴霧用先端機構。
- 前記複数の螺旋状供給チャネルの各々は、流体を所定軌道にて前記傾斜部要素を介して前記渦流チャンバ内へと解放し、
各軌道は、他の螺旋状供給チャネルからの液体の軌道から実質的に分離される、請求項9記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 前記剛性キャップ部分は軸心方向に延在するラッチ部材を含み、且つ、
前記剛性ノズル部分は、前記剛性キャップ部分の前記ラッチ部材を受容することで前記剛性キャップ部分と前記剛性ノズル部分との間における相互係合嵌装を提供する、請求項8記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 前記第1常閉一方向バルブの開成の間において、前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分と前記剛性シャフトとの間における初期分離点は、前記吐出口部分と前記剛性シャフトとの間の最終分離点が開成されたときに実質的に閉成される、請求項8記載の噴霧用先端機構。
- 当該噴霧用先端機構は、
複数の傾斜した螺旋状供給チャネルに接続する複数の実質的に垂直な流体チャネルとを備えていて、前記螺旋状供給チャネルは、複数の傾斜部要素に接続され、かつ前記流体チャネル、前記螺旋状供給チャネル及び前記傾斜部要素とが、前記噴霧用先端機構内に収納された前記渦流チャンバへの流体管路を形成しており、
各垂直な前記流体チャネルとこれに接続する前記螺旋状供給チャネルとの間の遷移領域では、傾斜が漸進的に変化しており、かつ
各傾斜した前記螺旋状供給チャネルは、垂直な前記流体チャネルと接続する底部領域から前記傾斜部要素と接続する頂部領域まで連続して狭幅化するように形成されている、請求項2又は7記載の噴霧用先端機構。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の噴霧型放出器用の噴霧用先端機構を組み立てるときに、当該噴霧用先端機構を形成する各構成要素の適切な接合を最適に制御する方法が、
前記剛性キャップ部分を前記吐出口部分の近傍にて前記可撓外殻体で包囲することで前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分の側方移動を制約する段階と、
前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分を前記剛性シャフトの回りに配置することで、前記剛性シャフトに対する前記可撓外殻体の前記吐出口部分の対称的配置が前記剛性キャップ部分と前記吐出口部分との接合により達成される段階と、
を備えて成ることを特徴とする該方法。
