Description
(1)基材にサンドブラスト処理した上に金属点在層を積層して、その上から1層目にMDI変性ポリウレタン層、2層目にTDI変性ポリウレタン層を積層し、さらにその上に繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層を積層することによって、常温及び高温での層間剥離強度が従来の積層構造より大幅に向上する。
(2)層間剥離強度が向上される為、温度変化が生じる各種工場の配管でも、熱膨張の小さい繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層によりポリプロピレン管の熱膨張が抑えられ、配管が蛇行することを防止することができる。
(3)本発明の積層構造をフランジ、バルブ等の配管部材に用いることにより、接続面からのシール性能が増す。さらに、機械的強度が向上すると同時に、雰囲気中等からの耐薬性能も向上する。
図1及び図2に基づいて第一の実施の形態を説明する。1は繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強管である。2はポリプロピレン製の管である。この実施形態において、ポリプロピレン管が基材となる。3はサンドブラスト処理層で、ポリプロピレン管2外表面をサンドブラストして形成されている。4は亜鉛点在層で、サンドブラスト処理層3の表面に亜鉛を溶射させ厚さ約30μmの層が形成されている。5はMDI変性ポリウレタン層で、MDI変性ポリイソシアネート類を含む一液型ポリウレタン塗料(パイオニヤシーラー#2014、九州塗料工業(株))を亜鉛点在層4表面に塗布して形成されている。6はTDI変性ポリウレタン層で、MDI変性ポリウレタン層5表面にTDI変性ポリイソシアネート類を含む一液型ポリウレタン塗料(パイオニヤシーラー#100、九州塗料工業(株))を塗布して形成されている。7は繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層で、TDI変性ポリウレタン層6表面にガラス繊維に不飽和ポリエステル樹脂を含侵させた層からなる厚さ約6mmで形成されている。尚、本実施の形態においては、ポリウレタン層が二層形成されているが、一層でも良い。本実施の形態の繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強管1を化学工場の温度変化が生じる配管で用いることにより、ポリプロピレン管の熱膨張が抑えられ、配管が蛇行することを防止することができる。
次に、図3に基づいて第二の実施の形態を説明する。10は繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強フランジで、ポリプロピレン製のフランジ(基材)9表面に前記第一の実施の形態と同様に各層が形成されている。8は最外表面を形成する繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層である。この実施形態において、ポリプロピレン製のフランジ9が基材となる。繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強フランジ10を化学工場等で用いた場合、配管接続面からのシール性能が増す。さらに、機械的強度が向上すると同時に、雰囲気中等からの耐薬性能も向上する。
次に、図4に基づいて第三の実施の形態を説明する。13は繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強バタフライバルブで、ポリプロピレン製のバタフライバルブ本体(基材)12の表面に前記第一の実施の形態と同様に各層が形成されている。11は最外表面を形成する繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層である。この実施形態において、ポリプロピレン製のバタフライバルブ本体12が基材となる。繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強バタフライバルブ13を化学工場等で用いた場合、接続面からのシール性能が増す。さらに、機械的強度が向上しバルブの耐久性が向上すると同時に、雰囲気中等からの耐薬性能も向上する。
ポリプロピレン管の代わりに縦400mm、横300mm、肉厚10mmのポリプロピレンプレートを用いた以外は第一の実施の形態と同様の方法で実施例1に対応する試験片1を得た。
実施例1において、MDI変性ポリイソシアネート類を含む一液型ポリウレタン塗料の代わりにポリイソシアネート化合物及び塩素化ポリプロピレン等を含むプライマー(K−500、住友スリーエム(株))を用いた以外は実施例1と同様の方法で試験片2を得た。
ポリプロピレン管(肉厚約4mm)の外表面を加熱処理し、その上からポリエチレンテレフタレート不織布を接合し、さらに繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層(肉厚約5mm)を積層した市販の繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強ポリプロピレン管から切り出して比較用試験片1を得た。
ポリプロピレン管(肉厚約6mm)の外表面を加熱軟化し、その上から約1.5mmマス目のガラスクロスを圧着し、その上から繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層(肉厚約3mm)を積層した市販の繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂補強ポリプロピレン管から切り出して比較用試験片2を得た。
以下の要領で作成した本発明対応試験管と比較用試験管の、各々の同一断面上対角な位置4点を通る長手方向を測定し、その平均値を各々の管の全長とする。各々予め15℃にて全長を測定し、90℃に加熱した恒温槽に各々の管を入れ、6時間後に取り出し、間髪入れずに常温時に測定した同じ箇所を測定し、平均値を取り、管の全長を測定する。15℃時と90℃時の管の全長の差(伸縮量)と常温時の全長との比を伸縮率として表し、本発明対応試験管と比較用試験管との伸縮率の差で、本発明の熱膨張抑制効果を確認した。
実施例1の管を呼び径125mm、肉厚12.8mm、長さ約4mのポリプロピレン製の管を基材とし、MDI変性ポリウレタン層をパイオニアシーラー#2014の代わりにパイオニヤシーラー#403を用い、繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層の厚さを約6mmのものから厚さ約2.7mmもので形成させた以外は第一の実施の形態と同様の方法で本発明に対応する試験管を得た。
前記本発明に対応する試験管に用いた基材である呼び径125mm、肉厚12.8mm、長さ約4mのポリプロピレン製の管を比較用試験管とした。

Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性樹脂または熱硬化性樹脂からなる基材に不飽和ポリエステル、ビニルエステル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、尿素樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ジアリルフタレート樹脂、アルキド樹脂、シリコーン樹脂及びポリイミド樹脂から選択される熱硬化性樹脂と、ガラス繊維、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、芳香族ポリアミド繊維、又はカーボン繊維から選択される強化繊維とで構成される繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層が積層された積層構造において、前記基材から順に、前記基材表面をサンドブラストすることにより形成された表面処理層、亜鉛(Zn)、スズ(Sn)、アルミニウム(Al)、酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、鉄(Fe)、酸化第一鉄(FeO)、酸化第二鉄(Fe2O3)、白金(Pt)及びステンレスから選択される金属で形成された金属層、ジフェニルメタン−4,4−ジイソシアネート変性ポリウレタン層とトリレンジイソシアネート変性ポリウレタン層とからなるポリウレタンプライマー層、及び前記繊維強化熱硬化性樹脂層が積層されたことを特徴とする積層構造。
- 前記金属層が、金属溶射によって形成された金属が点在している層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層構造。
- 基材を構成する樹脂が、オレフィン系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の積層構造。
- 前記積層構造が配管部材に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層構造。
