Claims (1)
- 互いに異なる光路長を有する第一乃至第三の共振器が光学的結合手段を介して連結されて成る多重共振器の設計方法において、
前記第一乃至第三の共振器の各光路長のうち、最も短い光路長L0を定めておき、
最も長い光路長L1について、M1を3以上の整数としたとき、
L1={M1/(M1−1)}L0 ・・・〈1〉
が成り立ち、
二番目に長い光路長L2について、M2を3以上の整数としたとき、
L2={M2/(M2−1)}L0 ・・・〈2〉
が成り立ち、かつ、
M2−1=(M1−1)2 ・・・〈3〉
が成り立つように、前記L1,L2,M1,M2を定める、
ことを特徴とする多重共振器の設計方法。
