Description
(1)制振性材料の製造手順
先ず、実施例1としての制振性材料を以下の手順で製造した。アクリルゴム(アルコキシアルキルアクリレート/グリシジルアクリレート重合体)100重量部と、粘着付与剤としての芳香族系石油樹脂20重量部と、水酸化アルミニウム(例えば商品名「B103」:日本軽金属製)200重量部と、ポリエステル系可塑剤5重量部と、酸化カルシウム(商品名「CML#21」:近江化学工業製)8重量部と、シランカップリング材2重量部とを、加圧ニーダーに仕込み、110℃で5分間混練した。
上記各実施例及び比較例の制振性材料を、次のように評価した。先ず、各材料のべたつきの有無を手で触って評価した。また、UL規格(米国の民間機関であるUL(Underwriters Laboratories Inc.)によって定められた周知の規格)に準拠した燃焼試験を行うことにより、各材料の難燃性を評価した。
また、各材料の熱伝導率は「迅速熱伝導率計QTM−500」(商品名:京都電子工業製)を用いて測定した。以上の各測定結果を表2に示す。
(3)ステッピングモータ用ホルダの構成及び効果
次に、上記各実施例の制振性材料を用いて、次のような制振具の一例としてのホルダ1を作成した。図1(A)は、そのホルダ1の使用状態を表す説明図であり、図1(B)はそのホルダ1構成を表す正面図、図1(C)はその断面図である。
(4)本発明の他の実施の形態
なお、本発明は上記実施例に何ら限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の形態で実施することができる。例えば、制振具としては、図2に断面図を示すホルダ11のように、前述のモータ側固定部2のステッピングモータM側の面、及び、支持体側固定部3のシャーシS側の面に、上記いずれかの実施例の制振性材料で例えば厚さ1mm以下の膜状に構成したシート14を更に接着固定してもよい。この場合、モータ側固定部2とステッピングモータMとの間、及び、支持体側固定部3とシャーシSとの間に、空気層が形成されるのを上記制振性材料によってそれぞれ抑制して、ステッピングモータMで発生した熱を一層迅速にシャーシSへ逃すことができる。

Claims (6)
- 架橋剤による架橋が可能な架橋点を有するアクリルゴム100重量部に対し、
上記架橋剤を0.01〜15重量部、
粘着付与材を5〜50重量部、
可塑剤を1〜20重量部、
水酸化アルミニウムを150〜250重量部、
シランカップリング材を1〜10重量部、
それぞれ配合してなる組成物を主成分とする制振性材料。 - 上記架橋剤が有機過酸化物架橋剤であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の制振性材料。
- 上記組成物には、上記アクリルゴム100重量部に対し、酸化カルシウムを5〜10重量部、更に配合したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の制振性材料。
- モータと該モータを支持する支持体との間に配設され、上記モータの振動が上記支持体に伝達されるのを抑制する制振具であって、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の制振性材料を用いて構成されたことを特徴とする制振具。
- 上記モータに固定されるモータ側固定部と、
上記支持体に固定される支持体側固定部と、
を備え、
上記制振性材料が、上記モータ側固定部と上記支持体側固定部との間に挟んで設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の制振具。 - 更に、上記モータ側固定部の上記モータ側の面、及び、上記支持体側固定部の上記支持体側の面に、上記制振性材料が膜状にして接着固定されたことを特徴とする請求項5記載の制振具。
