Claims (3)
- シャフトと、
前記シャフトの下端部が固定されるケースと、
前記シャフトの外周面と微小間隙を介して対向する内周面を有し該シャフトに対して相対的に回転自在であり軸方向上側および下側に凹部を有する回転部材と、
前記シャフトに固定され、前記回転部材の各前記凹部内周面と微小間隙を介して対向する上側および下側ブッシュと、
前記上側ブッシュの軸方向上側に位置し、前記上側ブッシュと対向する上側シール部と、
前記下側ブッシュの軸方向下側に位置し、前記下側ブッシュと対向する下側シールと、
前記スリーブ、前記上側ブッシュ、前記下側ブッシュ、および前記シャフトにて形成される微小間隙、前記上側ブッシュおよび前記上側シールにて形成される微小間隙および前記下側ブッシュおよび前記下側シールにて形成される微小間隙に、連続して充填される潤滑流体と、
前記回転部材を回転駆動する磁気回路部と、
を具備したスピンドルモータであって、
前記上側ブッシュと上側シール部との間には、前記潤滑流体の上側界面が形成され、
前記下側ブッシュと下側シール部との間には、前記潤滑流体の下側界面が形成され、
前記上側シールは、内周面上端部から半径方向内側に伸びる上面を有し、前記上側シールの上面と前記シャフトの外周面との間には微小間隙が形成されており、
前記下側シールは、前記下側シールの内周面下端部と前記シャフトの外周面との間には、前記上側シールの上面と前記シャフトの外周面との間の微小間隙よりも大きな間隙が形成されていることを特徴とするスピンドルモータ。 - 前記下側シールは、内周面下端部から半径方向内側に延びる上面を有さないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピンドルモータ。
- 前記ケースは内側円筒部と外側円筒部とを有する略円筒形状であり、
前記回転部材は内側円筒部を有し、
前記ケースの内側円筒部の内側には、凹部が形成されており、該凹部の内周面と前記回転部材の内側円筒部の外周面とが半径方向に対向して第1微少間隙を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスピンドルモータ。
