Claims (15)
- 粒状固形物を含む液状混合物を処理する遠心力ポンプで用いられるのに適したインペラであって、
対向する面、外縁端部、および回転軸を有するシュラウドと、
シュラウドの一方の面上にあって、回転軸から離れる方向に延び、外周端を有する複数のポンプ翼と、
シュラウドの他方の面上にある複数の補助翼とを備え、
各補助翼が外側端を有し、
回転軸からシュラウドの外縁端部までの寸法Daが、回転軸から補助翼の外側端までの寸法Dbよりも大きく、かつ、回転軸からポンプ翼の外周端までの寸法Dcより大きいことを特徴とするインペラ。 - 上記シュラウドが前面シュラウドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインペラ。
- 上記インペラは、後面シュラウドをさらに有し、
ポンプ翼は、前面シュラウドと後面シュラウドとの間にあり、
補助翼は、一方のシュラウドの他方の面の上にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインペラ。 - 上記インペラは、後面シュラウドをさらに有し、
ポンプ翼は、前面シュラウドと後面シュラウドとの間にあり、
補助翼は、それぞれのシュラウドの他方の面の上にあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインペラ。 - 前面シュラウドの上記寸法Daは、上記寸法Dbおよび上記寸法Dcよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインペラ。
- 後面シュラウドの上記寸法Daは、上記寸法Dbおよび上記寸法Dcよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインペラ。
- 前面シュラウドおよび後面シュラウドの上記寸法Daは、上記寸法Dbおよび上記寸法Dcよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のインペラ。
- 前面シュラウドの上記寸法Daは、上記寸法Dbおよび上記寸法Dcよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインペラ。
- 後面シュラウドの上記寸法Daは、上記寸法Dbおよび上記寸法Dcよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のインペラ。
- 前面シュラウドおよび後面シュラウドの上記寸法Daは、上記寸法Dbおよび上記寸法Dcよりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインペラ。
- 上記寸法DbおよびDcが等しいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のインペラ。
- 上記寸法DbおよびDcが、互いに対して5%の差異の範囲内の長さであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のインペラ。
- 上記寸法Dbが上記寸法Daの0.95倍より小さいことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のインペラ。
- 上記寸法Daに対するDbの比(Db/Da)の範囲が0.65〜0.95の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のインペラ。
- 上記寸法Daに対するDbの比(Db/Da)の範囲が0.65〜0.9の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のインペラ。
