Description
経糸としてフルダルのポリエステルマルチフィラメント糸(84デシテックス/72フィラメント、酸化チタン含有量:1.5重量%)を用い、緯糸として黒原着の再生ポリエステルマルチフィラメント糸(167デシテックス/30フィラメント)を用い、経糸密度220本/インチ、緯糸密度120本/インチ、厚さ0.55mmの10枚朱子を製織し、表が白色で裏が黒色の朱子織物を作成した。この朱子織物を精錬し糊抜きし、ヒートセットした後、染色機中で白色ペースト状顔料の含浸加工と防炎加工を行なった。
Claims (5)
- 織物からなる映写用スクリーンにおいて、表面が白色繊維糸の浮きが多い朱子組織またはその変化組織で平滑に形成され、裏面が黒色繊維糸の浮きが多い任意組織で形成されており、この織物に白色顔料が含浸加工により付着していることを特徴とする映写用スクリーン。
- 白色繊維糸および黒色繊維糸がそれぞれ合成繊維のマルチフィラメント糸からなり、白色繊維糸がセミダルないしフルダル相当のダル繊維からなり、黒色繊維糸が黒原着繊維からなる請求項1に記載の映写用スクリーン。
- 白色顔料の付着量が織物重量に対して0.5%〜10%である請求項1または2に記載の映写用スクリーン。
- 織物に白色顔料と共にポリエステル樹脂、メラミン樹脂、塩化ビニル樹脂および酢酸ビニル樹脂のいずれかと防炎加工剤とが含浸されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の映写用スクリーン。
- 織物が朱子組織の一重織物であり、その使用繊維がポリエステルマルチフィラメント糸である請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の映写用スクリーン。
