Claims (6)
- 主燃焼用燃料を供給する燃料ノズルと、
主燃焼用空気を供給する空気供給口と、
前記空気供給口の下流側で拡径して、前記主燃焼用空気の気流の外側に、環状または円筒状に形成されたパイロット燃焼空間と、
前記パイロット燃焼空間に、接線方向にパイロット空気およびパイロット燃料を吹き込んでパイロット火炎を形成するパイロットバーナと、
前記主燃焼用空気の流路を直視せず、前記パイロット燃焼空間を見通して、前記パイロット火炎を検出するパイロット火炎センサと、
前記パイロット燃焼空間を直視せずに、前記主燃焼用燃料が燃焼して形成するメイン火炎を検出するメイン火炎センサとを有することを特徴とする燃焼装置。 - 前記パイロット火炎センサは、前記パイロットバーナ後端に設けられ、前記パイロット空気の流路から前記パイロット燃焼空間を見通すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記メイン火炎センサは、前記空気供給口を介して、前記空気供給口と同軸方向に前記主燃焼用空気の流路を見通して前記メイン火炎を検出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記パイロット燃焼空間は、溝状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記パイロット燃焼空間の下流側に、拡径した1次燃焼空間を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃焼装置。
- 前記メイン火炎センサは、前記1次燃焼空間に開口する貫通孔を見通すことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の燃焼装置。
