Description
以下において上側の結合管体36と称する第2の結合管体36は、この下側の結合管体30の上方で延在しており、且つ、2つの、それぞれに、最終消音装置ケーシング26もしくは28から導出される管状接続用パイプ36a、36bから成っている。これら管状接続用パイプ36a、36bの両方の端部は、前面側で、互いに面一の状態で、相互に離間されている。この形成された間隙aは、摺動スリーブ36cによって覆われており(ただ図1内においてのみ図示されている)、この摺動スリーブが、図示されていない締付けクランプを用いて、軸線方向に固定されている。これら両方の管状接続用パイプ36a、36b、および組み付け可能な摺動スリーブ36cにより、従って第2の結合管体36によって、両方の最終消音装置ケーシング26と28との間の第2の気密の結合は形成される。
Claims (4)
- 内燃機関のための、ダブルフロー式の排気ガス装置であって、このダブルフロー式の排気ガス装置が、
排気ガスを導く管体(2、4、10、12、18、20)、および、少なくとも1つの消音装置ケーシングおよび触媒コンバータケーシング(14、16、22、24、26、28)を有している様式の、上記ダブルフロー式の排気ガス装置において、
それぞれの排気ガスラインが、別個の最終消音装置(26、28)を有しており、且つ予組み付けされた構造ユニットとして構成されており、
これら両方の最終消音装置(26、28)が、第1の結合管体(30)および第2の結合管体(36)によって流動技術的に結合されていること、
両方の最終消音装置(26、28)の間に設けられた第1の結合管体(30)が、後に組み付け可能なT字形の管体部片として形成されており、
その際、上記T字形の管体部片の両方の管状接続用パイプが、それぞれの最終消音装置ケーシング(26、28)の管状接続用パイプに差し込まれており、且つ、2つの固定クランプ(34)を介して固定されており、
これに対して、第3の管状接続用パイプが、外方への排気ガス用の流出部としての役目を果たすこと、
この第1の結合管体(30)の上方で延在する第2の結合管体(36)が、それぞれの最終消音装置(26、28)と結合された2つの管状接続用パイプ(36a、36b)から成り、
これら管状接続用パイプの両方の、面一の状態に相互に離間された端部が、共通の後に組み付け可能な摺動スリーブ(36c)によって覆われており、
この摺動スリーブが、締付けクランプを用いて軸線方向に固定されていること、
これら両方の管状接続用パイプ(36a、36b)、および後に組み付け可能な摺動スリーブ(36c)により、両方の最終消音装置ケーシング(26、28)との間の第2の気密の結合が形成されていること、
を特徴とするダブルフロー式の排気ガス装置。 - 第3の管状接続用パイプの上に、終端管体カバー(32)が組み付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダブルフロー式の排気ガス装置。
- 第2の結合管体(36)は、両方の最終消音装置(26、28)の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダブルフロー式の排気ガス装置。
- それぞれの排気ガスラインは、触媒コンバータ(22、24)を有しており、この触媒コンバータが、部分的に、最終消音装置ケーシング(26、28)内において一体にまとめられ、もしくは収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のダブルフロー式の排気ガス装置。
