The exhaust gas flows in the internal pipe 20 from the opening 20a, reaches the shielding cylinder 30, and is discharged from the opening 13a through the outlet 311 of cylinder 31 and the outlet 131 of link pipe 13 after reversion at the blockade 33. During this process, a part of gas flows in the inside of external pipe 10 from the opening 21 of internal pipe 20 and expands, it is contracted in the internal pipe 20 and reaches the shielding cylinder 30 through the rear opening 20b, expands there, and is discharged from the opening 13a after contraction in the space between the external pipe 10 and cylinder 31.
