Claims (8)
- 避雷器用の能動部であって、互いに距離を置いて軸(z)に沿って配置された二つの接続用取付部品(10,20)と、これらの二つの接続用取付部品(10,20)の間に配備された少なくとも一つの円筒形のバリスタ柱状体(3)と、少なくとも一つの誘電体巻線(40,41,42,43,411,412)とを有し、この誘電体巻線が、これらの二つの接続用取付部品(10,20)で支持されるか、またはこれらの二つの接続用取付部品(10,20)の中の一つとこのバリスタ柱状体(30)の中のこれらの二つの接続用取付部品(10,20)の間に配置された接続部品(31)とで支持されており、このようにしてこのバリスタ柱状体(30)、またはこれらの支持する接続用取付部品(10,20)とこの接続部品(31)とによって区切られた、このバリスタ柱状体(30)の部分を保持するとともに、接触力を形成する能動部において、
これらの二つの接続用取付部品(10,20)の中の少なくとも一つが、一つの電極と、この誘電体巻線(40,41,42,43,411,412)の一端を支持するための肩部(13,14,23,24,131,132,200,201,231,232)と、軸対称の中心合わせタブ(15,25)とを有し、
この電極が、軸(z)に対して直角に配置されるとともに、一枚の基板(11,21)の形状と同時にこの基板(11,21)と一体的に形成された、穿孔された板または差込接点の形の平坦な電気接点(12,22)の形状をしており、
この誘電体巻線(40,41,42,43,411,412)の一端を支持するための肩部(13,14,23,24,131,132,200,201,231,232)が、この基板(11,21)に形成されているか、この基板(11,21)の端に一体的に形成されており、
この軸対称の中心合わせタブ(15,25)が、基板(11,21)のバリスタ柱状体(30)に面する表面から突き出ており、円錐形の環状ディスクの形状をした、バリスタ柱状体(30)に圧縮応力を加えるための少なくとも一つのカップ状スプリング(16,26)を案内するために用いられる、
ことを特徴とする能動部。 - 前記の中心合わせタブ(15,25)の直径と環状ディスクの内径が、カップ状スプリング(16,26)が圧縮されて平坦になるのを防止するため、互いに一致するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の能動部。
- 前記の肩部(131,132,231,232)が、バリスタ柱状体(30)の直径より細いことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の能動部。
- 前記の肩部(200,201)が、バリスタ柱状体(30)の軸(z)の位置から延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の能動部。
- 前記の二つの肩部(13,14,23,24)が、それぞれこの基板(11,21)の直線状に延びる端の二つの部分の中の一つに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の能動部。
- 前記の肩部が、前記の基板の幅の半分以上に渡って、この基板の表面にほぼ平行である表面を有すること、前記の巻線(40,41,42,43)が、長方形の形状をしており、この肩部の表面の長方形の面の一つを用いて内側で支持されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の能動部。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の能動部と外被(50)とを有する避雷器。
- 前記の接続用取付部品(10,20)の電気接点(12,22)が、前記の外被(50)の外に延びていることを有する請求項7に記載の避雷器。
