Abstract
作業性に優れ、コストパフォーマンスの高い、及び/もしくは管内に注入される充填材料の漏洩を防止し得る取付管充填装置及び方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】
下水道の本管及び/もしくは取付管内の破損、欠損、管路延長等の状況を調査するための調査確認手段80と、前記調査確認手段80で把握した状況に応じて取付管内を補修するための取付管補修手段10と、取付管内に堆積した土砂等を本管内より洗浄する取付管内洗浄手段11と、充填材注入により取付管内を充填するための取付管内部充填手段40と、充填する際前記充填材の漏れを防止するための充填材漏洩防止手段20と、充填時に取付管内の気体を排気するための取付管内気体排気手段80と、前記充填材の充填後、取付管口部を閉塞材により硬化させ閉塞させるための取付管口閉塞手段10−9とを具備する。

Claims (7)
- 下水道の本管及び/もしくは取付管内の破損、欠損、管路延長を含む管内状況を調査するための調査確認手段と、
前記調査確認手段で把握した管内状況に応じて前記本管及び/もしくは前記取付管内を補修するための本管・取付管補修手段と、
前記取付管内に堆積した土砂等を本管内より洗浄する取付管内洗浄手段と、
充填材により前記取付管内を充填するための取付管内部充填手段と、
前記充填の際に、本管と取付管との接続部を塞いで前記取付管内からの前記充填材の漏れを防止するための充填材漏洩防止手段と、
前記充填の際に、前記充填材漏洩防止手段から前記取付管内に誘導されて、取付管内部を特殊風船にて封止しつつ前記取付管内の気体を取付管上部側から排気するための取付管内気体排気手段と、
前記充填材の充填後、取付管口部を閉塞材により閉塞するための取付管口閉塞手段と
を少なくとも具備することを特徴とする取付管充填装置。 - 前記充填材はセメント系充填材を採用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の取付管充填装置。
- 前記充填材漏洩防止手段は、
前記取付管口部を塞ぐための面と、この面の外面に、少なくとも該取付管口部の小口突合面全面を覆うように張り付けられた吸水膨張性を有する素材とを備えた型枠としたことを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2記載の取付管充填装置。 - 前記取付管内気体排気手段は、複数のチューブ及び特殊風船を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうち1項記載の取付管充填装置。
- 前記取付管内気体排気手段の特殊風船は、セメント系充填材充填時の圧力に抗し得る程度の剛性を有するゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項4記載の取付管充填装置。
- 前記取付管口閉塞手段は、硬化性を有する樹脂材であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうち1項記載の取付管充填装置。
- 下水道の本管及び/もしくは取付管内の破損、欠損、管路延長を含む管内状況を調査する調査確認ステップと、
前記調査確認ステップで把握した管内状況に応じて前記本管及び/もしくは前記取付管内を補修する本管・取付管補修ステップと、
前記取付管内に堆積した土砂等を本管内より洗浄するステップと、
取付管の前記本管との取り合い小口に特殊型枠を設置するステップと、
前記特殊型枠で前記取り合い小口を塞いだ状態で、前記特殊型枠から前記取付管内に誘導された特殊風船によって取付管内部を封止し、充填材注入により前記取付管内を泡モルタルにて充填しながら前記取付管内の気体を取付管上部側から排気する取付管内部充填ステップと、
前記充填材の充填後、養生・硬化させた後、取付管口部を閉塞材により閉塞する取付管口閉塞ステップと
を少なくとも具備することを特徴とする取付管充填方法。
