Claims (11)
- バッテリーカートリッジであって、
単位電池を収容するための一対の外側フレーム部材(a、b)と、及び
前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)同士の間に配置された内側フレーム部材(c)とを備えてなり、
前記単位電池の一方が、前記第一外側フレーム部材(a)と前記内側フレーム部材(c)の間に取り付けられており、
他方の単位電池が、前記第二外側フレーム部材(b)と前記内側フレーム部材(c)の間に取り付けられており、
前記内側フレーム部材(c)が、複数の通し孔を有し、前記単位電池を前記外側フレーム部材と前記内側フレーム部材との間に取り付けた状態で、前記通し孔が外部と連絡するものであり、
前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)及び/または前記内側フレーム部材(c)が、前記単位電池の前記電極リード線の太さに対応する窪みを有してなり、前記内側フレーム部材(c)を前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)に連結した際に、前記単位電池の電極リード線が前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)と前記内側フレーム部材(c)の連結区域で露出するようにされてなる、バッテリーカートリッジ。 - 前記通し孔が、前記内側フレーム部材(c)を通して形成された外気通路である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記内側フレーム部材(c)が、前記内側フレーム部材(c)の上側末端及び/または下側末端に溝が備えられてなり、
前記通し孔が、前記内側フレーム部材(c)を前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)に連結した状態で、前記溝により形成される外気通路である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。 - 前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)及び/または前記内側フレーム部材(c)が、前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)及び/または前記内側フレーム部材(c)中に限定される中空部分を横切り、前記単位電池をより安定性良く支持するための一本以上の支持棒を包含する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)が、前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)の外側表面に複数の溝が備えられてなり、前記外側フレーム部材(a、b)が、隣接するバッテリーカートリッジの外側フレーム部材と積み重ね様式で接続される時、前記溝が空気通路を形成する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- 前記単位電池が小袋形リチウム−イオン重合体電池である、請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジ。
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
請求項1に記載のバッテリーカートリッジを2個以上包含するカートリッジアセンブリーと、
前記カートリッジアセンブリーを挿入し、取り付けるための、開いた前部及び内側空間を有する箱形ケースと、及び
前記ケースの前記開いた前部に取り付けた前板とを備えてなり、
前記ケースが、前記ケースの上側末端、下側末端、左側、右側及び後部の少なくとも一つに複数のスリットを備えてなる、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記単位電池間の電位差を適切なレベルに維持し、かつ、前記単位電池の過充電及び/または過放電を阻止するための回路を包含するバッテリー管理装置(BMS)、及び/または、
前記単位電池の電圧及び温度を測定するための回路を包含するプリント回路基板(PCB)をさらに備えてなる、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記BMSが、前記ケースの側方表面に取り付けられており、
前記PCBが、前記前板の後表面に取り付けられている、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項7に記載の複数のバッテリーモジュール同士を電気的に接続することにより製造される、高出力、大容量バッテリー装置。
- 前記バッテリー装置がハイブリッド車両に使用される、請求項10に記載のバッテリー装置。
