Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 단위전지를 수납할 수 있는 1 쌍의 외장 프레임 부재(a, b)와 그러한 부재(a, b) 사이에 개재되는 내장 프레임 부재(c)를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 제 1 외장 프레임 부재(a)와 내장 프레임 부재(c) 사이에 단위전지가 장착되고 제 2 외장 프레임 부재(b)와 내장 프레임 부재(c) 사이에 또다른 단위전지가 장착되며, 상기 내장 프레임 부재(c)에는 상기 단위전지들이 장착된 상태에서 외부와 통하는 다수의 관통구가 형성되어 있는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 관통구는 내장 프레임 부재(c)에 천공되어 있는 외기 통로인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내장 프레임 부재(c)의 상단, 하단, 또는 이들 양단에 그루브(groove)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 관통구는 내장 프레임 부재(c)가 외장 프레임 부재(a, b)와 결합된 상태에서 상기 그루브가 형성하는 외기 통로인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 프레임 부재(a, b), 내장 프레임 부재(c), 또는 이들 모두의 중공부에는, 단위전지를 더욱 안정적으로 고정할 수 있는 하나 또는 둘 이상의 지지대가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 프레임 부재(a, b)의 외면에는, 인접한 전지 카트리지의 외장 프레임 부재와의 중첩시, 공기통로가 형성할 수 있도록 다수의 그루브가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 프레임 부재(a, b)와 내장 프레임 부재(c)가 결합된 상태에서 이들 결합 부위에는 단위전지의 전극리드가 돌출될 수 있도록, 외부 프레임 부재, 내장 프레임 부재, 또는 이들 모두에 전극리드의 두께에 대응하는 만입부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위전지는 파우치형 리튬이온 폴리머 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 카트리지.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전지 카트리지의 둘 또는 그 이상의 조합체;상기 카트리지 조합체를 삽입하여 장착할 수 있도록 개방된 전면부와 내부 공간을 가지고 있고, 상단, 하단, 좌측면, 우측면 및 배면부 중의 적어도 한 곳에 다수의 관통로가 형성되어 있는 박스형의 케이스; 및상기 케이스의 개방 전면부에 결합되는 전면 플레이트;를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 전지 모듈.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 단위전지 간의 전위차를 적정 수준으로 유지시키고 과충전 및/또는 과방전을 방지할 수 있는 회로를 포함하고 있는 BMS(Battery Management System) 및/또는 단위전지의 전압과 온도를 측정하기 위한 회로를 포함하고 있는 PCB (Printed Circuit Board)를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 모듈.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 BMS는 케이스의 측면에 설치되고, 상기 PCB는 전면 플레이트의 배면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 모듈.
- 제 8 항에 따른 전지 모듈을 다수 개 전기적으로 연결하여 제작된 고출력 대용량의 전지 시스템.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 하이브리드 자동차용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 시스템.
