Description
ケン化度33モル%のポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物(A1)(日本合成化学社製、商品名:L−7514)と、ケン化度73モル%のポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物(A2)(日本合成化学社製、商品名:NK−04)とを、下記表1に示すように、質量比で、10:90(参考例1)、50:50(参考例2)、80:20(参考例3)の配合比で混合してなる3種類の水溶性樹脂成分(A)を調製した。
水溶性樹脂成分(A)を、水溶性樹脂成分(A)100質量部とN−メチロールアクリルアミド15重量部を酸触媒下100℃2時間攪拌して調整した、N−メチロール基を有するアクリル系化合物との反応により得られたポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物を含有する水溶性樹脂成分(A)とした以外はそれぞれ(参考例1〜3)と同様にしてフレキソ印刷版用水溶性感光性樹脂組成物を調整した。さらに(参考例1〜3)と同様にして水溶性感光性フレキソ印刷原版を得、フレキソ印刷版を得て、同様の評価を行った。評価結果はそれぞれ対応する(参考例1〜3)と同じ結果だった。さらに印刷版は150万部刷っても問題がなく、(参考例1〜3)に比べて約50%の印刷寿命の向上が見られた。
ケン化度73モル%のポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物(A2)(日本合成化学社製、商品名:NK−04)のみ(比較例1)と、ケン化度33モル%のポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物(A1)(日本合成化学社製、商品名:L−7514)のみ(比較例2)とから、それぞれ水溶性樹脂成分(A)を調製した。

- 水溶性樹脂成分(A)と、光重合性モノマー(B)と、光重合開始剤(C)とを含有し、前記水溶性樹脂成分(A)が、ケン化度が20〜70モル%の第1のポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物(A1)と、ケン化度が70〜95モル%の第2のポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物(A2)と、N−メチロール基を有するアクリル系化合物との反応により得られたポリ酢酸ビニル部分ケン化物とから構成されていることを特徴とするフレキソ印刷版用水溶性感光性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のフレキソ印刷版用水溶性感光性樹脂組成物からなる感光層が支持体上に形成されてなる水溶性感光性フレキソ印刷原版。
- UVインキ、UVニス、油性インキから選ばれる1種である非水性インキを用いた凸版印刷に用いることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水溶性感光性フレキソ印刷原版。
