Description
Claims (3)
- 各画素が画素駆動回路及び少なくとも2つのメモリセルを有する、基板上に行列状に配列させた画素のアレイと、
各画素の画像駆動回路をアドレス指定し、これによって信号データを各画素の画像駆動回路に供給し又は信号データを各画素の画像駆動回路から読み出すための複数の画素行列アドレスラインと、
データが各メモリセルに書き込まれることを可能にし、データが各メモリセルから読み出されることを可能にする複数のメモリアドレス回路とを備え、
前記メモリアドレス回路は、各メモリセルをアドレス指定するための複数の行及び列メモリアドレスラインを有し、各メモリセルに対応付けられる信号データと、当該画素駆動回路に対応付けられる信号データとは独立して、当該画素の列アドレスラインに信号データを供給するか、又は該列アドレスラインから信号データを読み出すことが可能であり、
前記少なくとも2つのメモリセルは、画素情報を保持するためのフレーム記憶装置としての機能、及び/又はディスプレイの動作に関する情報、及びディスプレイを組み込んだ装置に関する情報を含む画素情報とは無関係の情報を記憶するための記憶装置としての機能を有するように構成される、電子装置。 - 各メモリセルはトランジスタ及びコンデンサを有し、前記トランジスタは、前記コンデンサが前記行及び列メモリアドレスラインから充電されることを可能とするよう構成される請求項1に記載の電子装置。
- 前記画素の数の2以上の整数倍のメモリセルを有する請求項1又は2に記載の電子装置。
