Description
Claims (9)
- 通信装置に関するACK/NACKの判定の信頼性のための方法であって、
基地局(BTS)が新しいデータを予想しているかどうかを表示する予想した新しいデータ(NDE)インジケータを定義するステップ(602)と、
アップリンク・チャネルにより前記通信装置から前記BTSにデータを送信するステップ(604)であって、前記データが、新しいデータを送信中であるかどうかの新しいデータ表示(NDI)を含むステップと、
前記データが正しく受信されたかどうかをACK/NACK情報を使用してチェックするステップ(606)と、
前記ACK/NACK情報の他に、前記通信装置において前記NDEインジケータを受信するステップ(608、612)と、
前記ACK/NACK情報の信頼性を判定するために、前記NDEインジケータを使用するステップ(610、614)と、を含む方法。 - 前記受信するステップの前記ACK/NACK情報が、BTSダウンリンクACK/NACKコード・チャネルから、スケジューリング割当メッセージ(SAM)に符号化される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記チェック・ステップ中にNACKを受信し、前記NDEインジケータが新しいデータが予想されていることを示している場合には、データの新しいパケットと一緒に新しいデータのインジケータを送信するステップ、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記チェック・ステップ中にACKを受信し、前記NDEインジケータが新しいデータが予想されていないことを示している場合には、データの再送信と一緒に前のデータのインジケータを送信する前記ステップ、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- ソフト・ハンドオフ中に前記通信装置を作動する前記ステップをさらに含み、前記受信するステップが、スケジューリング基地局として割当てられた第1の基地局から前記通信装置において前記NDEインジケータおよびACK/NACK情報を受信し、非スケジューリング基地局として割当てられた第2の基地局から前記通信装置においてACK/NACK情報を受信するステップを含み、
前記使用ステップが、受信したACKと前記第1の基地局からの前記NDEインジケータとの間に競合があることを示し、前記第2の基地局からACKを受信した場合には、前記受信するステップが、前記ACK/NACK情報の信頼性を判定すべく前記使用ステップに内蔵させるために、前記第1の基地局および前記第2の基地局の信号の品質(QoS)の相対的なレベルを測定するステップを含み、
前記第1の基地局と第2の基地局との間の前記QoSの相対的なレベルが変化して、前記第2の基地局が前記第1の基地局よりも高いQoSを有することを示している場合には、前記第2の基地局をスケジューリング基地局として割り当て、前記第2の基地局に新しいパケット・データを送信するステップ、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記使用ステップ中に信頼性の高いNACKを判定する際に、
前記BTSからの以降のスケジューリング割当メッセージ(SAM)を受信するために、第1の所定の時間待機するステップと、
前記第1の所定の時間が時間切れになる前に以降のスケジューリング割当メッセージ(SAM)を受信しない場合には、前記通信装置のバッファから前記データをフラッシュするステップと、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記使用ステップ中に信頼性の高いNACKを判定する際に、
前記BTSからの以降のスケジューリング割当メッセージ(SAM)を受信するために、第2の所定の時間待機するステップと、
前記第2の所定の時間が時間切れになる前に以降のスケジューリング割当メッセージ(SAM)を受信しない場合には、前記通信装置のバッファから前記データを再送信するステップと、をさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - 通信装置に関するACK/NACKの判定の信頼性のための方法であって、
基地局(BTS)が新しいデータを予想しているかどうかを表示する予想した新しいデータ(NDE)インジケータを定義するステップ(602)と、
アップリンク・チャネルにより前記通信装置から前記BTSにデータを送信するステップ(604)であって、前記データが、新しいデータを送信中であるかどうかの新しいデータ表示(NDI)を含むステップ(604)と、
前記データが正しく受信されたかどうかをACK/NACK情報を使用してチェックするステップ(606)と、
前記ACK/NACK情報の他に、前記通信装置において前記NDEインジケータを受信するステップ(608、612)と、
前記ACK/NACK情報の信頼性を判定するために前記NDEインジケータを使用するステップ(610、614)と、を含み、そのため
前記チェック・ステップ中にNACKを受信し、前記NDEインジケータが新しいデータが予想されていることを示している場合には、データの新しいパケットと一緒に新しいデータのインジケータを送信するステップをさらに含み、
前記チェック・ステップ中にACKを受信し、前記NDEインジケータが新しいデータが予想されていないことを示している場合には、データの再送信と一緒に前のデータの表示を送信するステップを含む方法。 - ソフト・ハンドオフ中に前記通信装置を動作する前記ステップをさらに含み、前記受信するステップが、スケジューリング基地局として割当てられた第1の基地局から前記通信装置において前記NDEインジケータおよびACK/NACK情報を受信し、非スケジューリング基地局として割当てられた第2の基地局から前記通信装置においてACK/NACK情報を受信するステップを含み、
前記使用ステップが、受信したACKと前記第1の基地局からの前記NDEインジケータとの間に競合があることを示し、前記第2の基地局からACKを受信した場合には、前記受信するステップが、信頼性を判定する目的で前記使用ステップに内蔵させるために、前記第1の基地局および前記第2の基地局の信号の品質(QoS)の相対的なレベルを測定するステップを含み、前記第1の基地局と前記第2の基地局との間の前記QoSの相対的なレベルが変化して、前記第2の基地局が、前記第1の基地局よりも高いQoSを有することを示している場合には、前記第2の基地局をスケジューリング基地局として割り当て、前記第2の基地局に新しいパケット・データを送信するステップをさらに含む請求項8に記載の方法。
