Description
Claims (13)
- 光感受性製品のための容器であって、
容器の内面を画定する内側層と、
容器の外面を画定する外側層と、
内側層と外側層との間に配置されたリグラインド層とを備え、
リグラインド層、外側層および内側層のそれぞれが、二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄を含み、
容器で使用される二酸化チタンの総量が、5重量パーセント未満である、前記容器。 - 内側層が、エチレンポリプロピレンコポリマーを備える、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 外側層が、エチレンポリプロピレンコポリマーを備える、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 内側層および外側層が、同一のエチレンポリプロピレンコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の容器。
- 光感受性製品のための容器であって、
容器の内面を画定する内側層と、
容器の外面を画定し、内部表面を有する外側層と、
前記内側層と前記外側層との間に配置され、外部表面を有するリグラインド層と、
前記リグラインド層の前記外部表面に隣接して配置された第1の接着層と、
前記外側層の前記内部表面に隣接して配置された第2の接着層と、
前記第1の接着層と前記第2の接着層との間に配置された酸素遮蔽層とを備え、前記第1および第2の接着層が、前記酸素遮蔽層を前記リグラインド層および前記外側層にそれぞれ接合するように構成され、
前記内側層が、二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄を含み、
前記外側層が、二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄を含み、
前記リグラインド層が、二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄を含み、
容器で使用される二酸化チタンの総量が、5重量パーセント未満である、前記容器。 - 内側層が、二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄を含む、請求項5に記載の容器。
- 二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄が、レトルト容器を形成するために、共通の溶融可能な樹脂ペレットで共に提供され、押出しブロー成形される、請求項5に記載の容器。
- 内側層および外側層が、同一のエチレンポリプロピレンコポリマーを含む、請求項5に記載の容器。
- 酸素遮蔽層が、エチレンビニルアルコールを備える材料から構成される、請求項5に記載の容器。
- レトルト処理可能なプラスチックビンであって、
側壁、底壁、および開いた上部を画定する多層材料を備え、
多層材料が、ビンの内面を画定する内側層、ビンの外面を画定する外側層、および内側層と外側層との間に配置されたリグラインド層を備え、リグラインド層および外側層および内側層が、二酸化チタンおよび酸化鉄を含み、ビンで使用される二酸化チタンの総量が、5重量パーセント未満であり、
側壁が、凸状のドーム形状を有し、キャップによって密封されるように構成された終端部の上端部を終端とする上側部分と、底壁と接合された下側部分と、上側部分と下側部分との間に配置された中間部分とを備え、
側壁の中間部分が、円弧状の環状の把持溝を画定し、
下側部分が、上端部および下端部で実質的に円筒形であり、パネル構造体を実質的に円筒形の上端部と下端部との間に含み、該パネル構造体は、それぞれ円弧状の横方向断面を有する対応する複数の長手方向のビーム部材によって分離された、複数の鉛直方向に細長い矩形のくぼみを備える、前記レトルト処理可能なプラスチックビン。 - 矩形のくぼみそれぞれが、鉛直方向に細長いほぼ矩形の底面、反対側の内向きに傾斜した側壁、および反対側の内向きに傾斜した端壁を有する、中央に配置された隆起した島部を含む、請求項10に記載のレトルト処理可能なプラスチックビン。
- 把持溝が、0.3インチ〜0.5インチ(7.62mm〜12.70mm)の半径を有する、請求項10に記載のレトルト処理可能なプラスチックビン。
- 把持溝が、0.328インチ(8.33mm)の半径を有する、請求項12に記載のレトルト処理可能なプラスチックビン。
