Description
・ 分配チャンバを形成する環状溝は、ミリングによって支持部品に機械加工され、作業が非常に困難でかつやりにくい可能性がある。

Claims (14)
- 部品のアセンブリにおける構成要素に潤滑性を与えるための装置であって、該装置が、構成要素の近傍に配置される潤滑剤分配チャンバと、前記潤滑剤分配チャンバに潤滑剤を供給するための供給手段と、潤滑剤を構成要素に施すための手段に潤滑剤分配チャンバを結合する手段とを備え、前記潤滑剤分配チャンバが、前記アセンブリの部品の1つに対して押圧して取り付けられるリングに形成された環状セットバックによって形成され、前記環状セットバックが、リングが取り付けられるときに前記部品の対応する面によって自動的に閉じられ、前記部品に形成されるチャネルまたはダクトが、前記対応する面に開口し、かつ環状セットバックに潤滑剤を供給するための手段、および/または構成要素に潤滑剤を施すための前記手段に環状セットバックを結合する手段を構成する、装置。
- 前記リングが前記部品上を移動するのを防止するための手段を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 移動するのを防止するための手段が、協働する形状を有するタイプからなる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記リングが、前記部品に形成された当接部と、例えばネジ締め付けによって、取り外し可能なまたは分離可能な方法で前記部品に固定される取り付け部品との間で部品上を移動することが防止される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リングと前記部品との間に、環状セットバックに沿って、クランプされる少なくとも1つのガスケットを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 環状セットバックの両側に配置され、かつ前記リングと前記部品との間にクランプされる少なくとも2つのガスケットを含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ガスケットまたは各ガスケットが、前記リング内の環状溝に収容される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記リングが、前記部品の少なくとも1つの円筒状軸受け面に軸方向並進で移動するように取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記部品が、相互に連結されかつ前記リングが係合される、異なる直径の2つの円筒状軸受け面を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リングが、チタンまたはアルミニウムから作られる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 環状セットバックが、旋削によりリングに形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リングが、軸方向端部の一方に環状リムを含み、該環状リムは、前記リングを取り外すための牽引ツールによって係合されるための捕捉手段を形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 潤滑性を与えるための構成要素が、回転シャフトに固定されたハブを案内するための軸受けであり、前記部品が、軸受けのボールレースを支持するための支持部品である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 回転シャフトが、低圧タービンシャフトである、請求項13に記載の装置。
