Description
Claims (13)
- グリーンシートを打ち抜き加工するための打ち抜き装置において、
ポンチ支持装置(8)が設けられており、該ポンチ支持装置(8)が、駆動装置(9)と結合されており、
ポンチ支持装置(8)に複数のポンチ(4,5,6,7)が設けられており、これらのポンチ(4,5,6,7)が、ポンチ支持装置(8)に関して、ポンチ軸方向可動に保持されており、
駆動装置(9)が、ポンチ支持装置(8)を周期的に上下運動させて、ポンチ(4,5,6,7)がグリーンシートを打ち抜くようになっており、
制御可能な連結手段(18)が設けられており、該連結手段(18)が、個々のポンチ(4,5,6,7)に対応配置された連結部材(26,27,28,29)を備えており、該連結部材(26,27,28,29)が、ポンチ軸方向でポンチ(4,5,6,7)の上方に配置されていて、ポンチ(4,5,6,7)を、軸方向で堅固にポンチ支持装置(8)と結合するか、またはポンチ支持装置(8)から解放するようになっており、
制御ユニット(13)が設けられており、該制御ユニット(13)が、ポンチ支持装置(8)から離れて配置されていて、かつ連結手段(18)を運動させるための出力部材(47)を備えており、該出力部材(47)によって、ポンチ(4,5,6,7)が、作業状態または非作業状態にされるようになっており、
フレキシブルな結合手段(15)が設けられており、該結合手段(15)が、制御ユニット(13)と連結手段(18)との間に配置されており、該結合手段(15)を介して、制御ユニット(13)と連結手段(18)とが互いに結合されるようになっており、
ポンチ(4,5,6,7)に、非作業状態のポンチを保持するための保持装置(41)が対応配置されており、
保持装置(41)が、保持部材(42)ならびに連結装置(45)を備えており、該連結装置(45)が、ポンチ(4,5,6,7)と保持部材(42)との間またはポンチ(4,5,6,7)とポンチ支持装置(8)との間で作用して、ポンチ(4,5,6,7)を保持部材(42)に保持するようになっていることを特徴とする、打ち抜き装置。 - 連結装置(45)が、ばね手段を備えている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 連結装置(45)が、磁石(46)を備えている、請求項1記載の打ち抜き装置。
- 連結部材(26,27,28,29)が、ポンチ支持装置(8)に関して可動に支承されており、該連結部材(26)が、結合手段(15)と結合されていて、かつ該結合手段(15)によって可動に形成されている、請求項1記載の打ち抜き装置。
- 連結部材(26,27,28,29)が、ポンチ(4)に対して縦方向で可動に支承されている、請求項4記載の打ち抜き装置。
- 連結部材(26,27,28,29)が、駆動状態に応じて結合手段(15)と結合されている、請求項1記載の打ち抜き装置。
- 結合手段(15)が、芯(31)とスリーブ(36)とを備えた少なくとも1つのケーブル(16)を有している、請求項1記載の打ち抜き装置。
- ケーブル(16)の芯(31)が、連結部材(26,27,28,29)を形成する端部を備えている、請求項6または7記載の打ち抜き装置。
- ケーブル(16)の芯(31)が、線材である、請求項7記載の打ち抜き装置。
- ケーブル(16)のスリーブ(36)が、ポンチ支持装置(8)と結合されている、請求項6または7記載の打ち抜き装置。
- ケーブル(16)のスリーブ(36)が、フレキシブルな鋼管である、請求項7記載の打ち抜き装置。
- 制御ユニット(13)が、ニューマチック式の複数のアクチュエータ(14)を備えており、これらのアクチュエータ(14)が、それぞれ制御装置(13)の出力部材(47)と結合されている、請求項1記載の打ち抜き装置。
- ニューマチック式のアクチュエータ(14)が、空気で負荷可能な室(49)に支承された球(50)によって形成されている、請求項12記載の打ち抜き装置。
