Claims (2)
- ロータ(12)と、内部ケース(14)と、複数のディフーザ(16)と、複数のダイアフラム(18)とを具備する高圧用遠心圧縮機(10)において、前記ロータ(12)、前記内部ケース(14)、前記複数のディフーザ(16)及び前記複数のダイアフラム(18)の各々がガスの流れの通過を受ける面を備え、前記内部ケース(14)、前記複数のディフーザ(16)及び前記複数のダイアフラム(18)の前記ガスの流れの通過を受ける面が、前記遠心圧縮機の効率を高めるためにバニシ仕上げされていることを特徴とする遠心圧縮機(10)。
- 前記バニシ仕上げは、ローラの圧力の下に低温状態で圧縮することから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機(10)。
